Peter Krause's Online Review Report Card

Customer service is really lacking .....the guy at the front desk just gives you a form to fill out without saying hi or asking you to fill out the form.....when I asked how much longer the wait would be...since I was waiting for 20 minutes already.. he said he would ask and then forgot...when I saw him on his cell phone I reminded him that he was going to find about the wait...he said "oh ya"...then left and came back to his desk without even letting me know. ....then I asked the girl ....and she said it would be 20 minutes more....I just left... why make appointments.

Things have been going downhill for years. The doctor demands $55 Coordination Fee per patient, per year for the privilege of being your doctor. That is before he ever sees you.if you want/need a concierge physician, fine. We paid it in the past but, no longer. The good doctor never provided my wife the results of her blood test. After attempting to obtain the results through the office she eventually received from Dignity Health directly. Neither of us were touched by the doctor. He never looked in our ears, nose or throat nor did palpitate the glands in our throat. Not worth the surcharge or the aggravation.

I’m sure this will be deleted but Let’s just say.. good thing these people don’t work in customer service because I’m sure they wouldn’t last. As someone who has worked with the public for years, I at least know how to de-escalate any negative situation to get positive results. Maybe some more training would be beneficial. Money is their priority and hey I get that. That’s how ya pay the bills. But their patients needs and well being comes second unfortunately regardless of their financial situation. And (not so surprisingly) I’ve heard these opinions from other patients as well. Good luck with your future 👍🏻 And the fact that the most recent review before mine is from an actual employee of this establishment and all they do is complain about the patients really says something about what kind of place they’re running. SMH

BEST PHYSICIAN EVER! BEST DOCTOR TO WORK FOR AND BEST DR TO HAVE. Dr. Krause will take hours researching just one patient's POC or issues. I read some reviews about not being able to get UTI meds. THIS IS NOT URGENT CARE. In order for the doctor to give you antibiotics.. They need to know what the specific bacteria is that you are growing in your urine to determine what's the best med to send to you. Please people don't be ignorant. If you wonder why it takes so long to do these things its because we are not an urgent care. You need something right now? Then you need to get your butt to the ER or urgent care. Also, don't expect getting a call back the same day. You are not the only patient we see. It takes normally around 24 hours to respond to the hundreds of calls we get on a daily basis. So to anyone that is complaining about how unattentive this doctor or this practice is... Stop being such an entitled cry baby. The world does not revolve around you. (mic drop)

They use an online scheduling system and when you show up the office has no record of it. They sent blood work orders to the lab and they were so confused as to what was being ordered took them 45 mins in phone calls to verify. Now received a bill for $55.00 for record management? I don’t think so

I refer to this doctor and his staff as "My Team". From Dr. Krause down to the receptionist, they have provided me nothing but the best care and consideration. I've had moments of feeling as though I'm bugging them too much, but that's a self-imposed feeling. The reality is they are always there for me and I know I can depend on them. Having had my previous doctor for 12 years, I was apprehensive when I first started with Dr. Krause. I soon realized I didn't need to be. He is extremely knowledgeable and always seems to understand what I'm feeling. He is never judgmental, which is extremely important to me and my peace of mind. Thank you, Dr. Krause, Chelsea, Cindy and Esmeralda. I'm so glad you're all on My Team.

Friendly, professional staff. Good problem solvers, easy to make appointments, takes time to listen and diagnose issues

I felt very warm and welcomed as soon as I walked into the office. The atmosphere was very calming and soothing. The receptionist was a very sweet and knowledgeable. She went out of her way to make sure she could transfer paperwork that was already filled out preventing myself from having to refill out paperwork and unnecessarily creating more work for herself and myself. The medical technician was very knowledgeable and friendly. the doctor was also very knowledgeable and friendly I really enjoyed getting to know the staff at the office and look forward to being with their practice for a long time.

Dr. Krause is attentive, very helpful, and informative. Takes the time to discuss issues and is very proactive. The office staff is incredibly helpful, efficient , and personable. I highly recommend this office and doctor. The office is also very responsive in handling referrals.
