Thomas Dawes's Online Review Report Card

The staff is hostile to any suggestions. The doctor doesn’t listen to the patients concerns. I have been in the medical field since 1981 I have worked in hospitals and medical clinics From appointments to working as an X-ray tech. Dr Dawes staff has no clue. They don’t even understand medical universal terminology it is so difficult to communicate with them. If you need an insurance authorization it could take weeks. The office also collects a fee to become a patient of Dr Dawes. I’m pretty sure United health care, Blue Cross and Blue Shield would consider this fee as a ( not allowed not billable service). Or maybe they are trying to provide a concierge service. Charging patients an extra fee to call in prescriptions and getting authorizations, Again they have no clue it’s part of the job

My wife and I are both seniors and have Dr. Dawes as our primary physician. In addition we see his PA Diane. We are so fortunate to have such an outstanding medical team to take care of us. We have lived in several places in the US and we receive the best medical care from Dr. Dawes and his staff that we have ever had. They all are compassionate, extremely knowledgeable and VERY professional. We are so fortunate to have them to care for our medical needs. We are able to get appointments on an as needed basis and they are really great on handling our medicine refills etc. We highly recommend them without reservation to anyone needing professional medical care.

Welcoming office, friendly staff, the providers are very caring they listen to concerns and offer their best medical advice to get you healthy and on the road to recovery. I love that I am able to be seen in one office without having to be sent out to different specialist.

I am forever grateful to Dr. Dawes and his staff. Through his comprehensive medical knowledge, he was able to order the appropriate tests I required and discovered a diagnosis that my specialist was unable to diagnosis. I am on the road to recovery now thanks to him! The staff has always been kind and helpful with the myriad of paperwork, referrals and orders that my complicated medical condition requires. You guys are awesome!

This is the rudest doctor's office in the world! They demand a FEE to become a patient, and they are the most incompetent group of people! I think their practices border on illegal and other doctors in town agree. If the office staff is this horrible, the doctor who employees them must be as bad or worse. Run!!!!!!! Your life depends on it.

Very unprofessional. Doesn't listen to the patient. Refused to answer questions on the side effects of medication he was recommending. Unkept appearance to top it off.
