Dr. Hsia helps me to handle my complicated gastro problems. In a thoughtful and caring way, he works with me to find better ways to live with the challenges. I am a 73 female with other health problems also. Here's a related detail you might appreciate: He uses the best technology to do a colonoscopy. And he does the procedure with finesse so it's not unpleasant.

Finally stopped seeing Dr. Hsai after waiting 2 hours in the lobby past my appointment time. The staff didn’t even acknowledge or apologize for the fact that they were so behind. Dr. Hsai is very kind but seems to be obsessed with metals in dental fillings causing problems. I told him I didn’t have metal fillings prior to my diagnosis and he kept going on about his wife getting her fillings removed.

Avoid this doctor! He did not give me my diagnosis at a follow up appointment for an endoscopy. He said he couldn't find anything wrong and was sorry. A week later I found out I had a stomach infection. I went to my pharmacy to pick up a different prescription for someone else and found out I had medication waiting for me prescribed by Dr. Hsia. I've been waiting for a call back from him because I have questions and concerns. Horrible doctor, I do not recommend him!!

My experience with Dr. Hsia was beyond excellence. He saved my life when i was at Marian Hospital after Gallbladder surgery. He was called in because the bile duck had ruptured and he went in through the mouth to insert a stint and saved my life. I can't say enough. He is so dedicated to his patients. He treats you like family. I trust him so much!!

DR Hsia Unlike a lot of MDs,this Docter hasa good bedside manner,he generally seems to care and auctually call you personally to give you your results.I am definitely going to see him again..

Met with Dr. Hsia. Waited 30 min. for five minute visit with him. He seemed rushed. His staff is not great/terrible. I cancelled my next appt. due to his staff. Now to find a another Doctor or stay with this DR. and deal with the terrible staff.

Have been to his office for about 3 appointments and always have a long wait to see the doctor. My most recent appointment I waiting 1 1/2 hours past my appointment time before they called me back to the room and then another 30 minutes in the room waiting for the doctor. Dr Hsai is very kind but honesty I worry about him. Each appointment he has told me conflicting advice and doesn't seem very confident. He seems obsessed with juicing and supplements to "de-tox" the mercury from my body.

Very courteous and knowledgeable to my situation and concerns. Took me in as an emergency patient and saved my life. Answers all questions and explains in a manner that is understandable to me. Will and have recommended his services to my friends and family.
