I saw Dr Bill for an issue I had all but given up on. He listened to me and genuinely cared. We discussed my options for treatment and we decided together what to do. Within just a short time I could tell a positive difference. I appreciate him being down to earth and not being in a big hurry during my visit. I like a doctor I can communicate with and not be talked down to. Dr Bill doesn’t talk down to me. I appreciate his years of experience and feel at ease knowing he will figure out what to do that’s in my best interest. His staff was kind and cheerful. Thank you Dr Bill!

He was great. Seemed to really care about my problems and is doing his best to help me. Great personality. I like him very much and would recommend him to anyone.

Dr Bill has been practicing over 40 years. He started a new practice 2022 in Orcutt. Donna runs the office and both are a pleasure to work with.

Very personable but seems disinterested.

Dr Bill was my husband's doctor for 28 years. His wife before me also had Dr Bill. My husband told me he would never forgive Dr Bill for the poor care his wife received. Dr Bill wears a stethoscope around his neck but doesn't use it. After a surgery the home health nurses picked up on a serious abnormal heartbeat. Two home health care nurses called his office and spoke to his nurse. His nurse called me. I had to tell Dr Bill to check his heart. Very bad AFIB. Never listened before.

Down to earth, honest, caring with a dry wit that keeps it light Dr. Bill is simply the best Dr. I've ever had. If you're looking for a staid medical professional with a stoic affect Dr. Bill is not your guy. If you want your doctor to be human, to not speak at you but with you and who is easily understood, that's Dr. Bill. Two thumbs up, a perfect ten, five plus stars.

The Doctor treated my grandparents for ýears. If in had known what a horrible doctor he was I would have done something sooner but my grandparents trusted him. I got my grandpa at the end on hospice and he came out to the house and told my grandpa he couldn't be his doctor anymore if he was on hospice and that he wasn't dying. I was furious. I called the office and his nurse answered. I asked what was going on? I said what does the doctor want their money? Suddenly he pipes up. Had me on speaker and says why don't you just go away? I said g9 away? I don't think so. All the family lived 4 hours away and we had hired a nurse to come in 4 days a week for 2 hours. With hospice we had other days covered. Plus the doctor had a catheter in him and hospice had gotten him oxygen and pain patches. They had to leave after doctor came and scared my grandparents. I asked them who is going to monitor all of these things and the nurse and doctor said they would. We'll two weeks later no visits m6 grandpa passed. He was taken in ambulance because he couldn't breathe. The on call doctor was disgusted. Said grandpa had an infection in catheter and lungs had filled up with fluid so he wasn't getting enough oxygen and was in pain. Thanks Dr okerblaum!

Finding Dr Okerblom has been a godsend. He is always willing to address each and every issue we've had on our list. He takes time to explain procedures and different types of medications we are prescribed. If a medication doesn't agree with my body he finds an alternative. He is great at referring me to the best doctors for specialty things. Dr Okerblom always makes sure he's in the loop of how things go when seeing the specialist. He is genuine and I believe we will have a long lasting doctor/patient relationship. He's easy to get to know. Dr Okerblom is easy to talk to and can be trusted.

This doctor is short on referrals even if they are urgently needed. I am in tears over my husband. Too little too late.

This doctor is great if you rate him on ease of making an appointment. Today? Tomorrow? No worries as long as he is going to be in the office. He glosses over lab results. He does not order routine testing. He is very chatty, though. If I needed someone to talk to I would have joined a social club. I need a good doctor. The office staff doesn't put conversations in notes. I received three return calls by the same person for the same call. Each time nothing went into the notes. That's why you can get in to see him the very net day.
