I was an ER patient. She was VERY cold and uncaring. Tried to bully me into amputation (which another surgeon saved my limb). Amongst other things she said saving my limb wouldn't be cost effective [for Blue Cross]! She left me in the same saturated bandages for over a week when the norm is 3 days. My whole room stunk like ammonia. Had housekeeping spit shine room only to find source of stench was my nasty dressings. She does hospital rounds after her regular clinic closes and will spend no more seconds with you--no matter what-- than she can get away with. She directed all conversations to my husband ONLY to the point I had to ask him, to leave the room during her hit n run visits. I heard her gossiping about patients and their families in the hallway with nurses and physical therapists repeatedly. You wanna be next? RUN!!

Love this Dr. ! Broken ankle treated. She is patient, kind, answers all questions. She really knows her stuff. Explained everything so you understand.She had ankle issues so relates to what your going through. Call office anytime, Katy is awesome!

My mom was evaluated in the ER by Dr. Batin, this Doctor is hands down amazing! My mother (88) had a serious fracture and surgery was a huge risk considering her health. All options were presented by Dr. Batin in a very clear, direct and compassionate manner. It is refreshing when a doctor has skills, humility and a wonderful bedside manner. What a concept! We opted for surgery and we could not be more pleased. I would recommend Dr. Batin to anyone and everyone who needs a bone specialist!

Dr. Batin performed surgery on my son's leg which was broken in several places in a car crash. The surgery took place around midnight and yet Dr. Batin was as patient and alert as though it were mid-day. She is an amazingly skilled surgeon and caring physician.

Inaccessible, cold, rude, no time for patients. Once your surgery is done, look out you are no longer part of the equation. Classic example of the surgeon who could not give a hoot about their patients.

Dr. Batin was definatly a bright light at the end of a dark tunnel. She made me feel important and I trusted her completely. My injury to my humorus was extreme and emotionally and mentally tragic. One of the other surgeons sent me home after 24 hrs from a brutal attack for 8 days. Much against my begging and pleading due to the extreme pain and manner in which the injury occured. I was sent home with a sling and a kick in the a--. Dr Batin even did some plastic surgery to eliminate some scarring from a different trauma to my arm. The scars are amazingly faint and it is only a year and a half later. The plate and all the screws are bothering me and I will be checking in with her to see if it is possible to take out the hardware, and I would never even consider the proceedure to be preformed by any other surgeon!
