Although the doctor was okay, he relies on his office woman who is either incompetent, lazy or ignorant of insurance protocol. A Very frustrating experience, especially for a person who is ill. The office woman refused to submit an authorization to insurance for tests and passed the responsibility. She said “ we don’t do that, your primary doctor has to do it”. Months later I still do not have a complete approval for tests plus orders for tests needed to heal me. I called management at my insurance and they said she should have submitted what’s needed.

Dr. Bernard Weintraub is a terrific physician. Although I was extremely nervous since this was my first appointment and it was “unknown”, it was a very good experience. The doctor is very nice, intelligent, listened to me and answered my questions, and had a few possible diagnoses. He also recommended a few tests to be done in order to provide a correct plan to move forward. Denise the woman in his office was also very nice. Marsha R.

See some of these one stars, and I don't get it. My experience was the complete opposite. I came in with a mystery lung condition and Dr. Weintraub walked me through a list of specialist. He is one of the only physicians I have ever worked with and actually had the ability to sit and talk about the condition like I was discussing it with a friend. Changing insurance during the process, I still go to Dr. Weintraub - even though he is out of network. Go to Dr. Weintraub. Period. He is the best.

his office staff SUCKS! But Dr. Weintraub is an amazing doctor and I will keep coming back to him despite his office lacking in social skills, friendliness, and paying my co-pay in cash. Please, please, PLEASE bring exact change. Their office doesn't know how to make change or have petty cash.
