Dr mandelbaum is a well known Dr and truly an expert in his field, that’s why we chose him to do our son’s ACL repair. Perhaps he will get a 5 star for an amazing job he does and his office should get none!! I’m not even sure if he is aware of what’s going on !!!!There is such a disconnect between his Scheduler “ Raquel “ to his nurses “ odyssey “ , “ Keanu”& ….. Let’s just say it took them about 2 days to get a return call back from them after surgery ( I ended up up dosing the pain meds on my own since I couldn’t get a hold of anyone ). Making a simple appointment takes several phone calls back and forth … Overall extremely frustrating to deal with his office. Once u finally make a follow up appointment you will wait for an average of an hour or more to see the dr for / quick follow up visit. This office has no regards for your time , are often rude and short with you … not sure if they are happy to work there or not but they should be more professional and empathetic for every Single patient regardless . If not they should take a less heavy load so they can manage everyone !

Great Dr and an expert on his filed.Awful staff / from his nurses to his SchedulerYou just keep getting passed around . Communication is tough , you can't get a hold of anyone, takes multiple calls for a simple question or request ! Overall very mismanaged office . Super busy so often time it takes you weeks to make an appointment for follow ups , ... be ready to wait for hours once you are in his office.Super frustrating all over !!!

An amazing experience all around. Great doctor and amazing team. Highly recommend him. Went into surgery by 2. Was on my way home by 3:30.....used a cane for support for a few days and was walking around my restaurant 2 days later........with no pain. Amazing!

Dr. Mandelbaum is 100% a doctor I would recommend to anyone. He took the time to explain my injury to me with pictures and my CT Scan. He was confident in his ability to fix the injury but not arrogant which I appreciated. The surgery experience couldn’t have been better and I’m on my way to recovery.

Dr. Mandelbaum has operated on me successfully three times. I recently underwent an ACL reconstruction with Dr. Mandelbaum and his protocol is excellent and I am doing extremely well. From what I understand from my Physical Therapist, his protocol is more advanced than any knee surgeon he has seen. My Physical Therapist is very experienced and treats elite athletes and dancers in my area, so his opinion counts for a lot.

Dr Mandelbaum is very caring and experienced. He explained to me everything i needed to know concerning my surgery every step of the way. My decision to go with him was concluded after minutes of consulting with him and I'm glad i did.

Dr. Mandelbaum really helped me understand my knee issue. I was impressed w his knowledge and ability to verbalize what I needed to help with the pain my left knee. Took a lot of significant time. Also... kind and human. I was really nervous I would need surgery. I do not at this time . We are doing the Ortho injects for one year to see how that plays out. I'm currently on 6 months and they're holding up well! . Much Appreciated . Thank You Dr Mandelbaum and also, great staff!

I’ve never had surgery or an injury. My experience and care from Dr. Mandelbaum and every part of the office and surgical team have made me realize that full recovery is possible! And the process of treatment was wonderful.
