New year’s resolution – Positive spin Medical Imaging Center of Southern California 1. If you have days to request/fight to get your results then this is the place despite stating needing the results right afterwards. Promises were made that they would be emailed but never were 2. If you were prescribed an open MRI request but prefer to be put in a closed MRI machine, have an anxiety attack and then moved to the other side of the building to wait an additional 10 minutes to then be put in the requested (prescribed) OPEN MRI and this after filling out forms that state Claustrophobia as a concern, then this is the place. (They also declared no music which I then said I’ll need to go somewhere else and headphones were then produced for the much needed music.) 3. What was purported to be 30/30/45 minutes turned into almost 3 hours and finished with another patient complaining to me that she was waiting for over 30 minutes in a cold hallway.. wearing a gown. If you think people are cattle then pick this place. 4. If you don’t mind having no one return your multiple calls/emails and your physician’s calls over the course of days, then this is the place. (Despite a holiday even my professionals returned an email. 5. If you want to waste two DR. appointments trying to go over the results which you relied on Medical Imaging Center of Southern California to provide you and your physicians, but never got, then this is the place. 6. If you don’t want to know what this business is charging your insurance then this is the place. No superbill…just a credit slip stating what co-payment was charged on my credit card upon arrival of the appointment. 7. How does one trust the results if this team cannot communicate within themselves to get anything right from correct prescription, to scheduling and maybe even biling? 8. The Chief of Radiology Bradley Jabour, bragged how the images were so great – but I heard otherwise when reviewed by several specialists. They were usable but not sensational. I challenge the chief to get his MRI’s from the others and compare. 9. When Bradley Jabour automatically defends his staff without hearing the whole truth and then has to apologize but also offers to “fire” his employee which I opted to have that employee retrained to mop floors instead, then this is your place. 10. The positives: we are fortunate to have choices and when your specialists who are exceptional in their field recommend a place, go to their select and not one you thought would be better. My error. I am acknowledging my error and will warn others of Medical Imaging Center of Southern California both Santa Monica and Beverly Hills.

Dr, Jabour and staff are top notch. Testing and diagnostic review were the best I could hope for. If you are seeking answers, this is the place to come- no surprise, given Dr. Jabour's world renowned expertise. Staff is very professional and maintain all appropriate medical standards to ensure you are comfortable and your visit is safe. Very busy office, but staff stays on top of the schedule without making you feel rushed. Most importantly Dr. Jabour remained at my side through the entire procedure and even held my hand and gave me therapeutic massage when I was experiencing expected discomfort- this was very re-assuring, he most certainly cares and is an amazing and wonderfully gifted doctor and human-being.

BEWARE... This "man" nearly killed my father by giving him a staph infection from his unsanitary conditions. He went in for a stem cell injection in his knee and will regret it for the rest of his life. He spent months in & out of the hospital, had a port for IV for many months, doctors couldn't tell us day to day if he would pull through. He was 60 years old and healthy as a horse before this minor procedure. This "man" could careless and even tried to charge for follow up scans!!!! BEWARE!!!!

dr Bradley is a gret doctor and a very long time friend i think is one of the best not because is a friend just because is great and makes your visit very easy

Excellent service, warm inviting staff who properly handled my appointment. Dr. Jabour walks around the facility, greets patients. They certainly don't make it seem like you are at a dreadful doctors visit. Thank you Medical Imaging Center!

Everyone here, from the moment I walked in the door till I had the procedure & was even walked out to the car, (& follow-up calls) couldn't have been more professional, kind, knowledgeable, caring & compassionate!!!! This the only place to go1

The staff got me the time I wanted!!!! When I met Dr Jabour he was very pleasant and was interested in what I had to say. He addressed all my concerns. Great doctors in this healthcare environment are hard to find and I finally found a great one!!!!

I was very impressed. The staff was courteous and kind as well as doctor Jabour. In most places I have gone to in the past you never see the doctor and if you do it is just for a few seconds....not only did Dr. Jabour come out to introduce himself, but he made sure to answer all my questions thoroughly without making me feel rushed!
