If you are going to get a Covid test here they are only doing the far reach nasal swab in small enclosed rooms. By taking off your mask to get swabbed you are putting yourself at risk, as they are testing multiple patients a day with symptoms in an area that is not ventilated. They do not even have air purifiers present in the rooms, and they refused to do my test outside. They were also pretty dismissive when I expressed my concern, as if my concerns weren't valid. Be sure to read the rest of the negative reviews on Yelp as they do not surprise me after my experience.

Had an appointment for a COVID test and waited over 45 mins. Would not recommend going here for a covid test when so many other places will do this efficiently and on time.EDITED: more than 1.5 hours in and out to get a simple covid test. Will not be coming back.

I have to revise my previous negative post because the center manager, Vicky, cane to me to apologize for the difficulty I'd had getting in and really made it a point to assuage my concerns. The clinical team is very good and I really appreciated Vicky's straightforwardness and addressing my concerns.

Made appointment for my entire family on a Saturday morning. The staff was ready for us at our appointment time and the whole testing took 30min for five people. Amazing and caring staff who has been working hard for the last year during Covid. Thank You Brentwood Urgent Care!

Management, tell your employees to provide transparency on drastic delays for appointments. For example, if they’re over an hour behind and you’re standing in the rain, please have the people at the front desk communicate that to the people in line.

I called to make an appointment and was able to get one the same day. When I arrived, I filled out paperwork and only waited for about 2 minutes max before being called in. They staff here is extremely accommodating and helpful. The medical assistant and doctor were both thorough and personable. I absolutely recommend Brentwood Urgent Care for any urgent medical needs!

Dr. Hsu was the best! I wasn't feeling so well so I decide to go in to get checked out. He decide to do some test well I'm sick with two things :/ not what I was expecting. Good thing I went in. Thank you to the staff for being so nice and for putting your lives on the line. Keep up to good work!!
