Cynthia Boxrud's Online Review Report Card

Dr. Boxrud is a wonderful doctor.  A real star.  She stitched up a Mohs surgery that was very, very close to my eye.  The actual Mohs surgery was performed by another dermatologist surgeon across the street.  Her office staff is great.  Very comforting and nice.  I highly recommend this doctor and her office.

Hi, my name is Patricia Cardenas and I was a patient of Dr. Cynthia A. Boxrud. I highly recommend her! She fixed my left, droopy eyelid caused by Bell's palsy in 2003. I put off the surgery for years out of fear when instead I should've done the procedure sooner! I prayed to God for a miracle and it happened through Dr. Cynthia. My recovery was quick and I felt no pain at all. She even massaged my head as I was going into surgery. They took such great care of me! I feel better about myself and feel much more confident. I can move ahead in life without feeling concerned about my facial features. Thank you God and Dr. Cynthia!

I cannot thank Dr. Boxrud & her amazing staff enough for their exceptional service & care. Dr. Boxrud is intelligent, compassionate & has a gentle hand, everything you want in a physician who is using sharp objects around your eye! Her staff is also very helpful & welcoming. Dr. Boxrud is simply the BEST!

So back I went after two weeks. first, warmly greeted by Leia at the front desk. Waited about 15 minutes and this time, intern Chandler greeted me and ushered me into the examining room. Personable and obviously highly intelligent, he began taking down what I had to report, when Dr Boxrud came in and continued the interview. I reported that I was slightly better, but still now where we hoped I would be. She again examined my eyes and provided assurance that we will "get there'. We discussed followup steps. I will try a new eye drop and,  if not better, we will discuss the "cure" which is ptosis surgery. Gratified that she is trying conservative measures, rather that pushing to operate. Left again totally impressed with all aspects of this practice. She rocks!

I have seen Dr BOXRUD for over 20 years and she is a very Best eye Doctor and her Staffs Best in the World very helpful and Respectful.I have meets some Interim who I think were in a good with Dr. Boxrud because the Training the got from will be helpful in there future and God Blessed to pass it on to the Next New Doctors.Dr Boxrud is very Respectful and Explained Details about your Eyes and very Professional in the field.I thank her for all this (20) being my eye Doctor may God Blessed and keep on the Good work.Alpha Barry.Also Ms. Alex one of her Staff did a wonderful job with my Insurance to get my Eye Dropped I could not say how she help me to Approve my Medication.She is a wonderful worker and very Respectful with Patient and in the Office. I just returned from a consult with Dr Boxrud after being referred to her by my primary care physician. I have been suffering from extreme dry eye and a drooping left eyelid (ptosis) for many years. I expected that the consult would be to discuss surgery for the eyelid. I discovered that Dr Boxrud, beside doing all kinds of facial surgery, is also a board certified ophthalmologist and specializes in dry eye treatment. Her intern, Dylan, greeted my wife and me warmly and carefully took and noted my history. Dr Boxrud entered the room with a lovely smile, exuding a charming personality. She listened carefully to my description of what ails me and performed an examination. She inserted an plug under the lower lid, telling me I would not feel any discomfort which proved to be true. She prescribed a prescription eye drop, telling me to use it for two weeks and then to return for a follow up. She feels that this will do the trick", and surgery may not be needed. My wife and I left the office totally impressed with her and her office staff. I will follow up this review after the next appointment.

Dr. Boxrud is an excellent doctor who cares. I found her to be an outstanding surgeon. Her staff and she made sure that I was comfortable with the results. I highly recommend her.

This office is amazing. Called from Yelp. Person answering phone was kind, empathetic, and very helpful. They couldn't get me in today however, instead of asking me to come another day (I am having an eye infection emergency), Dr. Boxrud got on the phone with me and not only shared where I can go for immediate help, she provided me with the address and phone number as well as a contact persons name. This is exceptional service. Again, please note, I am not their patient and just called out of the blue. Wish more companies operated with such high regard for everyone/anyone. Wish I could give more than 5 stars.

Dr Boxrud has "opened" my eyes (literally!) and made me look 10 years younger!!I love her and would highly recommend her. She also performed plastic surgery on a torn eyelid for an officer involved in a car accident...did flawless work!I would highly recommend her!!!

Dr. Boxrud is working with me towards finding a solution to my chronic dry-eye issues. I am thoroughly impressed with her depth of knowledge in this arena, and her willingness and patience to explain the process.
