First visit for my teen daughter as we just moved from NYC.What a pleasant experience! Dr. Lappin is very attentive and detailed. I love her communication style and the way she engages with parent/child. She made my daughter feel super comfortable on her first visit. Very appreciative of the entire experience. The office staff is super friendly !

There are no words to describe what Dr. Lappin means to us! She honestly goes above and beyond for her patients and we always look forward to our visits. She's one of the few open minded and understanding doctors out there, I'm so thankful we found her! We've been seeing her since my son was born and will continue to do so until my son is too old for a pediatrician  One night my son dislocated his arm and being first time parents we had no idea what to do or which emergency room to go to, we called Dr. Lappin and she knew exactly what to do. She had her colleague Dr. Ross  meet us at the office, after hours, to fix my sons arm. It was so fast and easy and she saved us from having to go to the emergency room for something that was ultimately very minor. I highly recommend Dr. Lappin to all new parents.

My 2 boys Leo and Jasper go to Dr Lappin since the day they were born and she's been truly an amazing Pediatrician. First she's so knowledgeable, second she is SO good with kids, third she REALLY takes the time with me each and every time and helps me so much in all the milestones they've been through. She's very updated in her studies clearly and always has the perfect answer on how to deal with everything related with them. We are blessed to have her!

Dr. Lappin is an attentive competent observant pediatrician. She has been my three children’s pediatrician for 14 years. We love her commitment to her profession and her patients 💕

Since moving to LA right before my child was born, I have been in search of a great pediatrician. It's much harder than expected to find someone who listens to the concerns of the parent and takes it into consideration when making recommendations about the child's health. I had been through two other pediatricians before another doctor recommended Dr Jody and I am eternally grateful to that doctor. My child at only 18mo adores her and she is so lovely with her and is a wealth of knowledge. She doesn't pressure us into anything and worked with me to make a plan for vaccines that made me very comfortable. I used to dread pediatrician appts as my daughter scream at the sight of a stethoscope and now she plays and laughs and smiles the entire appt. it makes me so happy I could cry. I'm writing this in hopes that it will help another mom who has had similar experiences with awful pediatricians who dismiss you and your questions about your child. Dr. Jody is a God send!

As a healthcare professional, choosing a pediatrician was a well thought out decision with a good deal of research to back it. Dr Lappin came highly recommended by both professional and personal contacts. Five and a half years later and two children, my gratitude cannot be measured in words. Not only is she wicked smart, she has an incredibly compassionate bedside manner. She is conscientious, non-judgmental and a partner in the health and well-being of our children. We moved out of the area four years ago and we continue to make the drive to see her. We can’t imagine doing otherwise.

Truly blessed to have found Dr. Lappin. I have had Kaiser for decades but needed to change due how they handled some of my vaccine concerns. When it came to vaccines and my daughter she comforted me and my family. She guided us through a journey to make sure she got all shots needed prior to starting kindergarten. She spent time with us answering all my questions and concerns. She is so caring and the most honest doctor I have ever met.

Dr. Jody is so connected to how to expertly discharge the fear that children (and their parents) come in with when they are sick that she has taken both my kids and I on several occasions from anxious to calm in a matter of minutes with her reassurances and straight-forward but easy for kids to understand medical explanations. We love Dr. Jody!

There's a reason I drive from the South Bay to Santa Monica for a pediatric appointment, and that reason is Dr. Jody. My kids love her, and so do I. She's caring and insightful, but fun, too. She's also very respectful of parents' questions and concerns. Top it off with a fabulous office staff, it's about as perfect as any doctor's office is gonna get.

Dr. Jody Lappin is not only an exceptional pediatrician, but she is a peace of mind specialist for parents. She is a wealth of information and every time I bring my daughter in for a visit, I learn SO much about the body, the immune system, how viruses work, vaccine fact vs fiction, and just how to feel empowered as a parent. She is no BS and so grounded and generous with her time. My whole family lives on the opposite coast, so for me, Dr. Lappin and her amazing staff of nurses and partners have been my saving grace these past 3 years of first time parenting. I am sure I drive them all nuts with my constant parental worries, but they never make me feel annoying, and for that, I am also grateful!
