List of Kindbody's Reviews
great they were so thorough and not trying to rush out of the room. I felt really heard and confident after my appointment. I originally scheduled a fertility assessment but as I got pregnant before my appointment they were really great about pivoting to conception support and still supported my concerns and testing 1010 recommend for your fertility journey
If I could give 10 stars I would Exceptional staff and beautiful office and environment especially for a doctors office
Ive had 2 visits at the Century City location. And both times I was greeted by friendly staff and met with knowledgable doctors. I really appreciate everyone at Kindbody cause Ive had my fair share of uncomfortable doctor visits and Im so glad that I gave Kindbody a try. Looking forward to advancing on my fertility journey with Kindbody
I can’t recommend Kindbody enough I did a cycle of egg freezing and felt I received excellent care and attention throughout the entire process. My regular visits with Samantha were awesome her bedside manner was warm reassuring and highly informative. I had a lot of questions and concerns but was able to text anytime for help and receive updates quickly. My overall experience from visits to injections and retrieval procedure was simple and affordable and has given me a sense of security for my future. Thank you Kindbody.
Clean facility convenience of tracking treatments with their app experienced attentive nurses. When I first went it was more of a scouting mission to see how it would differ from a traditional obgyn. After going a few times its clear to see that they have really focused their entire workflow towards the best fertility outcomes.. with a spalike backdrop. Its much more enjoyable going to kindbody than a typical doctors office where youre staring at a droptile ceiling from your view on a crunchy bench in a cramped badly lit room. Kindbody takes the horrormovie elements out of this whole journey and transports you someplace else.Im extremely grateful to have this option run by female doctors and nurses. Their app is straightforward and I can get immediate advice and answers to questions related to medications. It feels lightyears ahead of other fertility clinics in terms of approach and emotional comfort.
The S.M office is small yet welcoming highly recommend if you’ve had issues finding a great gyno
I found them on IG was skeptical but reviews were good I showed up at the time of my appointment but on the wrong day they got me in anyway Everyone was so nice and welcoming The office is pretty and clean and the ocean views are perfect Two ladies who were leaving when I arrived thanked the staff for being so nice....great sign when you are a new patient Thank you everyone
The doctor made me feel very comfortable and answered every single question I had. Explained everything in my next appointment in detail. Very sweet person
Lots of misleading pricing. Ended up paying about $100 more. Disorganized in office front desk administration by Yanisel. Bianca who did my annual exam was very professional with excellent bedside manners. Fantastic call center staff. Do not fall for the great branding and presentation. Santa Monica front desk is the most disorganized medical office I have ever entered and this is what made my experience extremely frustrating. Was advised via phone over 5 times an annual exam includes a pap smear. Yanisel at Front desk then tells me it’s not after I have a pap smear. Price then goes up. The list goes on.Details I called in August 2020 and spoke to two fantastic women at their call center. Both took my name one opened an account for me and scheduled an appt for Oct 15th. Both said they do see on their screens earlier appts are available but only the Santa Monica office has access to book the appt. now. So they both emailed Yani at the Santa Monica office to contact me for scheduling an earlier booking. I did not hear from Yanisel. In Sept I called back 4 times and even emailed. One call center person said she sent a High Priority email to Yani to contact me. Still no communication. October 14th I finally heard from Yanisel. Oct 15th came in for an appt. I had submitted all my insurance details over the phone but had to come back on Oct 21st today due to not having my insurance card on hand. But Yani did scan my passport on Oct 15th.Returned on Oct 21st I submitted my Insurance card details through the portal but came in for the appointment and was told my jpeg could not be opened. I was quoted an average of $225 for my annual if I paid out of pocket by the call center staff. Yanisel advised my insurance said I was no longer covered Although my employer prepaid for the year and Blue Cross said I was covered for an annual. To get it over with I offered to pay cash.I asked Yanisel for a receipt and a contact so I may reach out to someone at head office and notify them on how disorganized my experience was with front desk. Yanisel said she would send a receipt and have someone call me. Its 6pm No Receipt and No follow up phone call from anyone. Bianca did keep her word and sent me a doctor to follow up with through the portal.
Amazing staff. Clean office. Very knowledgeable

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
