I just had my appointment with Dr. Lynn after about three weeks of muffled hearing in one ear. I can hear again!!! She was warm amd gentle and made me feel right at home. She gently removed the eax buildup im birth ears and told me what to do to keep my ears clean and prevent any hearing loss because I have very sensitive hearing. She even gave me a few earplugs to try. I highly recommend her. Thank you Dr. Kirsch!

For anyone considering getting getting a hear aid ( aids) I highly recommend Kirsch Audiology. I put off looking into and getting heating aids for the same reasons you had before making the commitment. No need to mention them. Kirsch radiology was highly recommended to me by my very close friend. Steven Hirsch made the process pleasurable. He was experienced, not aggressive pushing products, patient, knowledgeable of all the options, and most important understanding. He listened to you without pressure. He found for me the best product me based on my needs. I was told by many to go to Costco to save money, but, you won’t get the service and personal attention needed for such an important thing in your life.

I am 81 years old and have been a patient of Dr Kirsch for over 20 years. My prior experience with audiologists has left me very unhappy..It has been the good Doctors patience , knowledge and giving all the time I need to get my questions and concerns resolved to lead me to this belated reccomendation. My prior experience in the medical field has given me the ability to see quality,skill, and caring that DR Kirsch delivers. If I could give ten stars I would. By the way I have never posted an opinion before!!!

Dr. Kirsch is not my first audiologist and hopefully he is my last! I have been seeing Dr.Kirsch for about three years now and he has withstood the test of time. As someone with significant hearing loss and impairment at a relatively young age with unknown causes I had been brushed off by professionals in the past and provided routine care that was not targeted to my specific issues. Dr. Kirsch has helped me immensely with my hearing and worked tirelessly with me in obtaining the most from my hearing aides and learning to utilize the technology now available to assist those of us that are hard of hearing. Working one on one with Dr. Kirsch has helped me immensely and I now can finally begin to manage my hearing loss in a way that allows me to function to my upmost.

Stephen Kirsch deserves the highest of recommendations. Competent and caring, thorough and attentive, he got to the bottom of my hearing impairment and fitted me out with the best hearing aids for me. Not only that, but he is a continuing source of professionalism and hearing care. I can’t recommend him enough. He treated my husband, too, and my husband thought the world of him, as well.

Dr. Stephen Kirsch is the most accomplished, talented and hardworking audiologist I have encountered in my life for my grandmom. My grandmother, 97 years old, who is based in mumbai, india has severe hearing loss on both sides. We consulted 2 audiologists in india with poor outcomes. My grandmother still could not hear in spite of buying the most expensive hearing aids. Then I consulted Dr. Kirsch for my grandma's treatment. Initially I bought oticon hearing aids from him thinking that I will fedex it to india. But Dr. kirsch was so nice that he spend 2 days with me programming the hearing aids so that my grandmom will have no problems using it. And he did not charge me for these programming sessions. I was so impressed by his passion and talent that I invited him to visit my grandmom in mumbai, India. He travelled to india and spend 4 days clinically evaluating my grand mom, diagnosing her problems, understanding the level of hearing loss and programming the hearings aids to perfection. He spend hours and hours everyday making sure that my grandma was able to hear properly. His understanding of the field of audiology, clinical skills in diagnosing the hearing problems, programming skills of hearing aids to mitigate hearing loss and communication skills with the patients is priceless and impeccable. My grandmom is able to hear perfectly with no hearing loss and has no problems at all. My grand mom who used to hate wearing hearing aids now becomes sad when she has to remove at night before sleeping. One thing I learned during this process is that just buying expensive hearing aids is NOT enough...you need a talented audiologist like Dr. Kirsch to work his magic!!!!!. Also, he has an absolutely phenomenal, friendly, energetic front office staff such as Cameron (i hope i spelled it right!) who went out of his way in helping me.
