Laseraway's Online Review Report Card

I have been going to LA Santa Monica for a year. I was looking for a place that had the JAG equipment for dark skin black women. I had cystic acne and dark marks from picking at my face plus uneven skin tone areas. After much research I decided to try the Clear & Brilliant treatment and it was SO worth every penny. Honestly I didn't start seeing results until my 8th treatment (a LatinX lady I met there told me to stick it out to see results). I'm glad I listened. I started getting compliments from my husband who sees me daily about how clear my skin looks. In total I've had 16 sessions switching between classic & permea & combo. My face is now clear, even complexion, and I don't get acne at all anymore (except a tiny occasional cycle bump)I also started getting my laser done - Brazilian, underarms & legs. Plus I tried the new facial thing (forgot the name). Anyways the staff is always friendly. I only had one incident of getting burned as I think I didn't properly shave first and the setting was too high.Anyways HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR DARK SKIN BLACK WOMEN!

Thank goodness for Natalie. It's been a minute since I've been to LaserAway and she made it so easy and comfortable and that's a difficult task for the treatment I was getting. GRATEFUL

My experience with Laseraway has not been good. I have had 11 treatments (8 package and 3 maintenance) and have maybe 30% REDUCTION in hair not removal. My hair grows back basically normal after 2 months. When my package was done they said I should try a few maintenance treatments. Overall, this has cost me several thousand dollars. I have said something every time I go in when they ask about my results/how my treatments are going. They try to blame it on hormones/supplements etc. I have no thyroid issues nothing and all I take is a multi vitamin. They also say they will have someone follow up with me which never happens. Don’t waste your money.

I was so excited to discover that LaserAway provided services outside of laser hair removal. I decided to dabble during a promotion on Xeomin which I've never experienced before, Let's just say I'm definitely hooked!I have built a great repertoire with this particular location along with neighboring centers and all are very consistent, helpful, timely, and professional! I am so excited to see what other services I may get into this year!

I came in to get some lip filler with Ana. I've always done Juvederm but this time I wanted to try the Revanesse! Cameron booked this appointment for me and told me all about the differences between both fillers. She answered all of my questions and made it really easy for me to go with something new. Ana was super reassuring during the whole appointment and made sure I was comfortable and satisfied with my lips. My lips healed perfectly and I love how natural they look. I always look forward to coming in for any appointment with Laseraway Santa Monica!

Cameron was super sweet & helpful! I had a lot of questions so I felt super bad but she always reassured that it's ok and that she is more than happy to answer them all. Great customer service! :)

Natalie is amazing. She makes you feel welcome and is very gentle. Lasering with her was a breeze. Totally painless and hassle-free.

Amazing experience! Katy helped and educated me on what she thought I could use - and she was so right (thank you Katy!!!!) Upon my visit to the Santa Monica location earlier this month, I was greeted by Acasia. She was so welcoming and helped me make sense of my first visit and what to expect. Once I got into the room, Brooklyn treated me for my service. I was SO happy to have her! I was incredibly nervous and she was so calming I couldn't have asked for someone better. Not to mention, I am so happy with how everything turned out. I will absolutely be returning. Thank you Santa Monica team!

I love coming to LaserAway in Santa Moncia! The girls at the front desk are always so sweet especially Katy! Nathalie made me feel comfortable in the room and helped me through my nerves! I hope I get her every time(: I definitely recommend this location.

I have to say - I worked with Kathryn Piccatto at the Santa Monica office to schedule my first LaserAway appointment and she could not have made the process more of a breeze! I needed a touch up during a quick trip to LA and Kathryn literally helped me organize my schedule for the day to most efficiently work in my appointment I have tried a bunch of other dermatology brands and have never received the close attention and curated service that she provided. After my experience with her, I think I have found my go-to place!
