Incredibly grateful to have found Dr. Burnstine. I had a in office procedure to correct past unsuccessful surgeries which was corrected in under an hour!! The only thing I regret was not finding him sooner! Super friendly and professional Doctor and staff that goes above and beyond for you. I have Kearns Sayre Syndrome, which among other issues, causes ptosis, a severe drooping of the eyelids. As I have no muscle in my eyelid, Kaiser Permanente wanted me to have a sling surgery that would make my eyes look more open, but would also be permanently open, which would cause a multitude of other issues with my eyes. By chance, a local dermatology clinic referred me to Dr. Burstine, saying that if anyone could help me, he would be the one to see.Dr. Burnstine, was kind, caring and very well educated. He assured me that although my eyelids didn't have muscle, blepharoplasty would be very helpful to me, even through I might have to have surgery again in 5 to 10 years due to my condition. He even had written an article about my disease, which was very reassuring that he had a very deep knowledge about my condition. I scheduled the surgery and it was very easy and was only an hour and a half. My eyelids look so much better, I was really surprised. I had 2 follow ups and with each follow up, I looked normal again. I have very minimal scarring (Dr. Burnstine was very careful to keep the incision to the crease of my eye) that you have to really strain to see (it may go away with a little more time). If you are considering any eye surgery, I highly recommend Dr. Burnstine; he is the best!

I had to have a small skin cancer removed from my eyelid and Dr. Burnstine was amazing. He made me feel very comfortable and that eliminated my fears. Best of all, my eye looks great! The staff is great as well. From scheduling the initial appointment to the great team at the surgery center, my experience was amazing!

After having a Blepharoplasty, my eyes were asymmetrical and cannot be fixed. Consider your process with the likelihood this could be your outcome. I never thought I would have to live with uneven eyes for the rest of my life.

First off this place is impossible to get a hold of, took over a week of phone tag to get an appointment scheduled. They never answer the phone. After my visit I felt rushed and pressured into a tear duct bypass eye surgery, dr said that was the only option. I sought a second opinion, glad I did, a bypass in NOT the only option. I ended up canceling my scheduled surgery, they took 50% of my deposit. I thought it was only going to be 20%. My bad for not reading the fine print. I don't have health insurance so my visit ended up costing me $350 for some painful eye probing and constant phone tag. This place seems more like a cosmetic place anyway, that's where $$$ is. Horrible experience from starts to finish.

Dr Burnstine was ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS. He was my second eye doctor that I visited and I'm so glad I went for a second opinion. He was extremely personable and has a great beside manner as well as a good sense of humor. I instantly felt comfortable in my choice of having my eye surgery done with him. I had a minor post opissue that he took care of immediately and no problems since. I highly recommend Dr Burnstine.

I found Dr. Burnstine the ultimate professional. With the beginning appointment to the final follow up, he keep me informed every step of the way, answering all my questions and concerns. The results are fantastic. My upper and peripheral vision is better after he corrected my muscles and the excess eyelid skin. I am very pleased with his work ethic, his skills, and his sense of humor. His staff was also very helpful and always available for any quest ions I had. Thank you Dr. Burnstine.

Dr. Burnstine is a very professional and caring doctor. I did reconstructive eyelid surgery almost a week ago, and it already looks amazing! I would highly recommend this doctor to everyone!
