I’ve been seeing Dr. Troum for at least 20 years for various osteoarthritis conditions and a history of rheumatoid arthritis in the past. He is a thorough, professional, empathetic doctor, asks great questions and takes the time to listen. His staff is terrific. Today I left there feeling gratitude and filled with relief that I can get my pain managed, and the right tests. Highly recommend.

Dr. Troum is the best ever OA doctor. I’ve seen him for many years. He’s undoubtedly the most understanding, good listener, Dr. Troum is very professional and knowledgeable. He makes sure to go over my history with me at each visit. Besides being very thorough, he has a good bedside manner plus gives all the time one needs to be fully satisfied with the visit and his recommendations. The entire staff is very professional and knowledgeable and the practice runs very smoothly. It’s a pleasure to go there for his help and suggestions. All are very kind and welcoming. Super long wait to get an appointment but super worth. Felt like I spent a solid hour talking to Dr Troum. He went through a significant portion of my medical history, answered all my questions, and then went over the tests he wanted done. No rush. Great experience.

I see all the wonderful reviews and that's the reason why I wanted to be seen by Dr. Orrin but when I called his office, they told me that he can't see me for at least 5 MONTHS! That's absolutely ridiculous! How on earth is a patient supposed to wait five months in pain to be treated by a busy doctor? It just doesn't make sense and this office should make clear that THEY ARE NOT ACCEPTING NEW PATIENTS! No one can be so busy not to be able to see a new patient who needs help!

A REAL doctor! Dr. Troum is a doctor who went into medicine because he loves it and loves helping people - not to get rich. My husband seems him for Ankylosing Spondylitis and he is the absolutely best doctor he has ever seen. He is caring, takes his time to help you and really works with you. Dr. Troum is the best doctor we have ever seen - ever. If you get the honor of being accepted as a patient, consider yourself lucky you get to see him. I can't tell you how many bad doctors there are these days but Dr. Troum is top quality. There simply isn't anyone better.

It’s hard to express the great appointment that I had today with Dr. Troum. It started with the office staff who let me in after I called and checked my temperature. I was quickly seen and put in an office. Jose was very professional and asked me questions in detail with a very pleasant attitude. ( I had not met Dr Troum before today) . He was so knowledgeable, and i really appreciated him not insisting on xrays, blood work etc, as he was confident of his diagnosis. I also appreciated him giving me detailed explanations even though i am a nurse. I feel fortunate to have met such a kind, caring, and humorous physician.
