I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Quynh today while accompanying my dad here. I have to say she is one of the sweetest, kindest, nicest, most considerate and genuinely caring people (not just doctor) I have ever met. so much so that i added to her already glowing reviews. Office is very nice as well, modern and clean. Crystal also very nice at the receptionist desk.I am thrilled have such a great doctor and team taking care of my father.Thank you.

Dr. Sebastian is the best dermatologist in the UnitedStates and perhaps the world. This assumes onecounts not just the raw knowledge of the doctorbut also their empathy and ability to make their patientsfeel like the doctor indeed cares about them.

Dr. Sebastian is truly my favorite doctor. She is knowledgeable and highly skilled at cosmeceuticals. She is kind, a good listener and always professional. Can’t recommend her enough!

Dr Sebastian is wonderful. Connects with her patients and makes sure the treatment is understood and her staff was so professional and sweet. I drive from San Clemente to have such a wonderful experience and then enjoy an afternoon in LA. It's all what you make of it.

I went in for milia (white heads that won't pop) treatment, but I also had other concerns that I had hoped to discuss. The doctor was running late, so I had to wait 30-45 minutes. She finally came in and treated the two that I pointed out very quickly, and I had some concerns about my skin and other milia that she suggested I wait on. I honestly feel that she used my appointment as catch up time and didn't really listen to my concerns or even examine my face properly. I pointed out other spots that she said I should come back for at another time. I was hoping to get some advice on cleaning my skin and skin care products to use to avoid the problems I was having, but she just left for her next patient. I didn't even realize that she was "done," I suddenly realized that I was in the room for a while then got my stuff and left. It was very strange. I won't be going back, and I'm hoping to find a dermatologist that wants to help by spending time with her/his patients.

Dr. QS is one of my favorite people. I've called her an angel or an alien, because she's inhumanly kind, attentive and brilliant at her work. She also laughs at my dumb jokes, which is a huge bonus. I'm a lab technician that works at different dermatology offices every day performing services during Mohs surgery. I get to see the behind-the-scenes everywhere I go and you simply will not find a better office anywhere in LA. This office is the cleanest I have been to, thanks to their MA, Vanessa, who is another jewel in the derm world. Their office is also meticulously organized and runs flawlessly thanks to Crystal and Diana, whose equals I have not found in any other office. As for the doctors, QS, JS, and TK are 3 of the absolute best you could ask for in cosmetic and medical derm. My admiration for Doctor Quyhn Sebastian knows no bounds, from her surgical prowess, to her witty charm. But don't be fooled, she's also genuine.

I just want to say that Dr. Q. Sebastian is not only an amazing doctor but one of the most loving and caring people I have ever met. Her staff is fantastic and her care, beyond words. She is a very busy doctor (because she is so awesome) but always finds a way to see you if you think it is necessary. She takes time to remember her patients and has been so incredibly kind and curing for my husband, who has issues with skin cancers and recently had a problem with a sebaceous cyst. I just can not say enough good about her. I am grateful to have her as my doctor. I wish more doctors were like her.

I've been going to Dr. Sebastian for at least 7 years now and I recommend her to everyone I know! She found my first melanoma in the earliest of stages -- as well as the second -- and I am cancer free because of her. She is so personable, remembers you, has the best bedside manner and a wonderful laugh. I'm now going to use her for cosmetic work, as well. The friends I have referred to her ALL adore her. The office staff is exceptional. The wait time is minimal. I just hope she never goes out of practice!! Love her.

This is a review for the office, not the doctor. I was originally referred to Dr. Sebastian by my wife, who has seen her for a few years. I clarified that Dr. Sebastian took my insurance, but was booked up for at least three weeks. The receptionist suggested I see Dr. Kormeili, who could see me the following week. I clarified that she took my insurance as well. I went over every detail of my policy. I was put on hold and then told that, yes, she took it. The time wasn't convenient for me but I was willing to rearrange my day to be checked sooner. Went in this morning and was told Dr. Kormeili never took my insurance and that Dr. Sebastian wouldn't be taking it any more as of October 15th, a completely different story than what I was told when I booked. The receptionist offered a half-hearted apology but no real solution. I suggested that they book me with Dr. Sebastian before Oct. 15th and make an exception as a way of making this right since they completely inconvenienced me, but I received a blank stare and another, "I'm sorry." Now after waiting a week I hope the mole I have isn't anything serious because I now have to look for another Doctor and wait to see them. But not that the office would really care about whether or not that puts my health in jeopardy. They clearly have no accountability for their mistakes.
