I have filed Formal Complaints regarding two employees here at this Facility. Janet is very human, empathetic and authentic. Nina is unprofessional and calls customers: love. She is also incredibly unpredictable. Her behavior is dependent on her mood and she is never consistent.If she is having a bad day she goes out of her way to deliberately take it out on patients and Maria follows suit. Please file all complaints immediately.

Waited over 2 1/2 hours to get my scheduled mammogram & ultrasound done.👎 Parking is so expensive.

Monica at the call center is AMAZING. My appointment is in 1 hour and my drive is an hour. I've been on hold for Nina at the site without being checked back on once.DO NOT PATRON THIS ESTABLISHMENT. I Pray this helps the next person.

I was sent here by my primary care provider. I received great care by staff. When you enter, the sign indicates that you should go to the LL via the elevator but I was then sent back to the first floor but on the right. You do have to pay for the parking, there's no validation. If you arrive before 8am, just go through when you leave the attendant will charge you as you exit. The maximum you can be charged is $16. Everyone is very friendly and nice. Ask if they have Wi-Fi because there's no cell service.

Best care I've ever received getting MRI from Andrew! Walked me through entire process of MRI gave contrast with methodical skill and was tight on time as scheduled. The office staff and X-ray tech are super stars!

I'm giving two stars in recognition of the technician, who did a good job. However, dealing with the accounting department has been far less than adequate. As usual, I was overcharged at the time of service, even though there was a LONG discussion between the front desk and my insurance company regarding the service. And I was still charged a deductible I didn't owe. Five months and two phone calls later, I am still waiting for the refund. The business side of this company seems to be disorganized and incompetent. I guess it's a pretty profitable gig considering how many people must forget about actually getting a refund. I only remembered when I pulled out all my paperwork to do my taxes.

Don't waste your time they cancelled twice on me with little regard or apology and I don't doubt it would continue like previous review that she was cancelled 5 times ... originally I was scheduled for a mammogram screening at the Santa Monica location and received a call at 7pm the night before that their technician had an emergency, okay no problem, we rescheduled again for next week and they cancelled again the day before. I was told that this time it was again due to no technician being available and they said they would need to send me to a different office because they are a new office and they don't have any technicians. Don't waste your time on this place.
