Patient experience never returned my calls. My mother, a dementia patient, was admitted through emergency. They never fed her, either orally or through her g tube. I suspect they gave her strong medications because when she came home she had worse delirium and her urine had a foul odor for three days, she could barely walk, very dizzy. My mothers g tube had a hole in it and there was no dressing with the valve off and just a coil resting on her tummy. How could the nurses ruin her gastric tube like that and leave a hole in her stomach uncovered by sanitary split sponges?Beware, Dr Grace Chen told me that when we sign documents to treat they are allowed to give incompetent patients or children any medication they want. I was shocked and disgusted. I am the appointed durable power of attorney for healthcare for my mother.I’m sure my mom was over medicated.
Investing in Crypto/Bitcoin, Forex... Wow this unbelievable! I never thought I can make real money from Forex trading. I thought everyone on the platform were just scammers who have no human feelings. I Invested $1000 and make $10,500 after just seven days of investing with Mrs George Stephanie fx. Please be careful while investing I know there are real managers. I recommend you to Mrs Stephanie she's a real and legit manager, who will do anything just to make sure your profits is made after your trade duration. She has done that for me, now I don't have to worry about cashing out my profits. She will put a smile on your face once again, you can contact her through, Email:Georgestephanie831@gmail.com WhatsApp:+16269898464
Not a very good experience. My dad has dementia and is here for back surgery. We have had a hard time getting info about his condition and now they say they can't find a rehab place close to our home. My elderly mom can't drive to Santa Monica daily (or at all). We live 50 miles away. On top of it, parking is always a struggle, the meter spots are always full, valet is usually unavailable, and if you stay more than 30 minutes, the garage costs $24. Maybe this is a hospital that caters to the wealthy only. Really disappointed in the patient and family care here.
My experience in the ER wasn't that great but after getting into my room this staff is great. I broke my femur and I was real rude angry and in alot of pain and not one time did they lose their professionalism and continued to give optimal care. They dealt with me and my pain and fixed my leg with surgery. There are mostly young out of school kids training here but it's ok they are doing well, give em a chance! They receive a 5 star rating for their amazing professional staff.
I got tested of herpes early this year, I experienced dark urine and ribs pain so I went to the hospital for treatment and I was diagnosed of Herpes. The doctor gave me anti-retroviral drugs to slowdown the viral load which later worsens the ailment because the drugs weren’t effective and I was so scared because they say it has no cure, out of frustration I told my friend about it and luckily he told me he ones battled same problem in the past but he was saved by Dr. Rodiya. He gave me his contact and reached him and I became well and tested negative after the treatment. Here is his contact if you have such case. contact him on WhatsApp +2348084875367 or email: drrodiya@gmail.com https://m.facebook.com/Dr-Rodiya-Solution-Herbs-HOME-103162912201086/
This hospital did a great job on my wife all the doctors was great telling me something good about her She had a operation it was very important for me the doctors said to me today they finish already took them only 20 minutes to do that right away and all the nurses did great job taking care of my wife the hole week.
It is hard to replicate what has been created here: a hospital where patients are immediately surrounded by a swarm of specialists, over-attentive nurses, the hums and beeps of high tech medical gadgetry, and an impressive view of a clean city by the water's edge. My chief complaint here? That the gourmet burger I ordered was a tad bit too dry. This place is impressive because it has money, that is undeniable. But it rises beyond that -into the realm of the exceptional - because of its culture. The care is genuine.
Why you all have no niceness to people, you all make me want to sick. I got to different hospitals
Beware This institution is unethical. I Went there for a prescription change and left with hundreds of dollars in bills. After telling my doctor I had a slight discomfort in my belly button for weeks, without an actual assessment, the doctor proceeded to ask me to immediately go to the emergency room, which i insisted I did not feel it was necessary. Then he proceeded to tell me that as mydoctor he was obliged to informed me that people did from this if it is an appendicitis.I told him it does not fit the signal of appendicitis diagnosis but I trusted his advice . He asked I wait to see if they can put me on for a radiology test. I asked that if UCLA COULD confirm my insurance would pay for it, I was ok with going to radiology.I trusted the advice and then started to receive hundreds of dollars of medical bills, almost 750 dollars that became my responsibility.I submitted an ethical claim and third billing department just came back with the response that my insurance did pay for it and the remaining was my obligation, completely ignoring what I said.I’ll never go there, again! Avoid yourself getting in medical debt because of greed and unethical practices!!!
The ER service was terrible. First, after waiting for hours before being seen, the nurses lost my blood tubes collected. After waiting for hours for blood test results, I asked the nurse what's the progress, and the nurses then said the blood tubes were lost so had to draw blood again! I then waited for several more hours. As the ER was packed, I had to sit at the hallway w nursing staff and patients walking by all the time for many hours. Finally, they took me in for a CT scan, and the doctor gave little explanation after the scan and proceeded to discharge me with anti-biotic and pain killer that didn't work. I had to rushed back to ER again the next day due to the tremendous pain I was having. The ER doctor didn't consult any specialist involved and caused significant suffering and pains... didn't really care. It was a malpractice / irresponsible care! Why the doctor didn't consult any neck specialist when it was clear the CT scan showed salivary stone? Why discharge me while I was in major pain? The doctor simply subscribed pain killer that did not work at all. I had to suffer and rushed back to ER again. Then the 2nd time ER visit, the doctor said I didn't need to take antibiotic as he didn't believe there is inflammation (yup, this 2nd ER generalist doctor is wrong too... later correct diagnostics showed there is huge inflammation). That's completely Wrong!!! My neck was completely inflamed and swollen, and I was in pain. The doctor gave me some stronger pain killer and discharged me.I decided to rush back to San Jose, CA, where I live, and then went to Stanford ER... they scanned and specialist was immediately involved and verified it's inflamed and required a surgery to remove the stone. I immoderately underwent surgery to remove the 1cm stone in my gland. UCLA ER is terrible... UCLA showed Zero care for patient and both ER doctors failed to engage specialist to help review and address the issue. And nursing team was disorganized and lost my blood tubes. They discharged me without proper care/painkiller and misdiagnosed that I don't need antibiotic. The ER paper UCLA printed out for me was about how to take care of toothache... crazy. I had a huge salivary stone in my gland that needed to be remove, and you gave me instructions on how to take care of toothache? Terrible service and care. Then, they billed thousands of dollars to my insurance.... wow... for all these lack of care and services. Shame on you.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
