WOW! No words can express the ketamine therapy journey I went through and the support I received from Dr. Coleman. I was scared to go through this and was not sure what would come up for me. Dr. Coleman kept me feeling safe through grounding me with palo santo, a meditation, and intention setting that allowed me to trust myself. The actual experience was incredible! Each turn with the music brought up a new moment, an old memory, a vibrant visual, an insight. All these experiences were relieved through the ketamine integration process. The integration process was by far the most powerful experience for me. Learning to see the world differently, others differently, myself differently allowed me to feel liberated and joyful.
