idk why dr rebbecca keith refuse prescription refillno reasonno explanation is this control issue ?never got help for health issues from this doctor & staffyou're on your ownthere is no careno compassionjust alienation
The office said they took my health insurance, they did not, and I got slapped with a 600$ bill for a physical, which should cost 0 as preventative health. What a great reward for trusting UCLA! Neither customer service nor billing were able to offer anything other than "an apology," even with the email thread as evidence.
I've been coming here to my family physician, Dr, Dardick, for almost 25 years. He is a wonderful doctor but because of his office staff being incompetent, I'm now looking for a new family physician. It started out on my last visit over a year ago when the office staff misplaced my bloodwork and I had to go in again and have blood drawn. Cut to this past Wednesday 5/5/21 when I had my annual physical with Dr. Dardick. When I check in, the first thing the receptionist says they have my own name as the emergency contact. I said I've been with Dr. Dardick for 25 years and the same emergency contact for 25 years, how do you have my name in the computer as the emergency contact? Finished my physical, went to the bathroom to do a urine sample and they let me walk out withoutdrawing blood for lab work. Fine, I call them and say you didn't draw my blood can I just go to UCLA to get my blood lab work? Receptionist said absolutely either suite 145 or 245, just to the medical plaza building and they will draw your blood. I get there the next morning Thursday 5/6/21 and the UCLA receptionist says you can't get your bloodwork here they have you going to a Labcorp office to draw blood. Infuriated I call Dr. Dardick's office and find out why I can't go to UCLA and why the receptionist yesterday told me the wrong information. Receptionist says she doesn't know why they told me I could go to UCLA that it was put in their system as Labcorp. I finally say okay I will go to a Labcorp. I tried four Labcorp's and not one of them could take me. As of 3pm on 5/6/21 I had been trying to get bloodwork from 930am that morning. I called my doctor's office one more time and the put it in for me to go to UCLA. This morning, 5/7/21 I go to UCLA for my lab work. I get to UCLA and finally get my blood drawn and the woman drawing my blood says we have a urine sample that you need to do, I said I did the urine sample in my doctor's office on Wednesday, I don't need to do the urine sample. Called my doctor's office immediately after and found out they didn't collect my urine sample to test. That was the last straw.Incompetence at its height.
I just had the most frustrating time at this location. When I make appointments for an MRI with contrast, as I'm allergic to it, I ALWAYS tell the doctor that I have all the proper meds for my protocols and I also ask the doctor to write in the orders for them to use my port It's challenging enough to get outta the house for an appointment that I don't need to have anymore problems. 10AM appointment. Arrive on time. They say that they're not aware of my allergies and that I would have needed to take prednisone. Well I explained that I don't take prednisone because it makes me suicidal, however, I do take solumedrol, which I had already done. The radiologist said that wasn't ok, it had to… More
Dr Alan Lee and the crew in his office have been amazing for the entire 20 years I have been with them. UCLA corporate has been responsive to issuee as well. They are definitely getting better as the years roll by. I filled out my feedback form and they helped solve my billing issues.
Dr.Robert Ashley is a very competent internal medicine doctor. During Covid 19, he accommodates his patients with telemedicine visits. I have always found him to be through and very concerned. He has a speciality in sports medicine as well which I found to be helpful. I have recommended him to other family members and friends.
I had been overcharged by a doctor visit but UCLA made it right and waived whatever was over my insurance's payment. Normally I understand there's a copay but in this case the doctor didn't do anything, saw him for less than 2 minutes. I would come back here again only with a different doctor than the one I saw.
I really wish I could go lower on these stars, but besides the point.I have never had such an insanely horrible experience at a doctors office. Let's start this list with. . . 1. Upon arrival I am greeted by horrible employees both left and right. The receptionist is constantly in the clouds, god know what, and must also have a hard time making eye contact with patients because not only did I have to make my presence known, she then tells me I need to sit and wait. 2. When seeing my PT nurse/doctor (I'm not sure title, but whichever it is.) I am greeted with a firmed lets get this over attitude. I understand that it's early, but let's dial the attitude down, shall we? No need to be rude to a new patient.3. Not only do I ask REPEATEDLY if I am being charged for my visit, they also TELL ME my insurance is covering all charges. I ask once more, "I will not see a bill appear in the mail then, correct" with them confirming, "Nope, no bill in the mail." I seriously do not understand how this place works, but they must have a third party working with them so that they can bill much more to their patients. How is this in any way appropriate? I am not planning on staying there or even getting any more treatment if all you are going to do is give me attitude, have me there for only 30 minutes, and then charge my $350 for one F'ing session?! Please excuse my language, but this is utter bullshit and down right wrong. I don't care if you went to UCLA and got a degree. If you are charging more then I can afford, then you shall inform me so I can ignore you. Get a wealthier person to come to your sly shindig. I will not part take in this trap you have set up for people. So thanks for the $1081 bill that I now have to suffer through, and good bye to your black hearted soul. I pray one day, someone who can actually fight back, will, and wins.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
