It’s nearly impossible to make an appointment here unless you are totally fine with sitting on the phone for up to three hours. On top of that if you see an OBGYN at this clinic you’ll most likely only get to see your lady doctor maybe 3 times your entire pregnancy. I recommend anyone who considers having this place for their healthcare provider or obgyn, find a different clinic. This is not the place.

Being a new patient & trying to make an appointment is almost impossible. Or so it feels like since they have you on hold for over 10 minutes trying to get a hold of someone at the call center. I've called at 7am when they've just opened up, and I was still on hold for over 15 minutes before I hung up. And I've tried to recall at 10am and it's the same thing. Almost Impossible to be able to get a hold of someone to make an appointment.

Si se trata de hacer cita, pierdan un día de trabajo para llamar y esperar que te contesten después de 3 hrs aproximadamente y hace le suman que citas no tienen hasta dentro de 2 meses a decaído mucho el servicio en esta clínica….

Yes there’s a wait, sometimes a long wait but amazing nurses and doctors. Thank you to all the hard workers for all you do under stressful times

Dr. Grueneisen is great and I appreciate the care I have gotten from her personally. However this clinic overall is the biggest headache. It's my personal assumption that they take on too many clients than they can handle. They have a separate call center for scheduling appointments and you can easily be on hold for 1.5 hrs. When you finally get through the next available appointment is in 3 months!!!!!! How can you properly care for your patients, if you can't see them within 2 weeks at minimum. You should be able to easily see your PCP and not be forced to go to UC or ER just to see a Dr. that doesn't know your medical history. If you do go to the ER, which in my case I did, they will tell you to notify your primary doctor and make an appt to further assess.. well, good luck. I was on hold for over an hour the next day just to speak to a person. And this is a call made first thing in the morning 7-8am. I will unfortunately have to move on and I hope if you're looking into this clinic, to search further as well. Their system isn't streamlined to give you the care you deserve. Everyone I've been in contact with here is very nice and as helpful as possible, it's just unfortunate.

Horrible horrible horrible. I spent a whole week just trying to get in contact to make an app. Because they never called me back for my referral. I just have up and cried so frustrating.

If I can give them 0 stars I would. Unless you don't mine waiting literally hours for them to answer just to make a simple question or make an appointment or even cancel an appointment then go ahead and call. Years ago it use to be an approximated 40 minute wait. Now it's over 1hr and 45 minutes if they answer otherwise the system will just tell you that they are acing technical difficulties and hand up on you. Then you will have to call again and cross your fingers for them to answer. I was in the ER 1/1/22 just to find out I had a miscarriage they told me to contact my OBGYN today 1/3/22 to get a follow up. I'm actually on the line as of 8:00am it is now 8:45 and no answer. I will continue to hold because the doctor in the ER told me it was very important to see my OBGYN with in 48 hours. I will for sure never call this place again. If they don't answer the doctor in the ER also told me that they should take me as a walk in because this is consider an emergency. I will try that if I don't get an answer. I will get back and update this review. If you can find a diferente clinic go for it. The hours wait for them to answer is not with it.

Horrible phone service. This is my 3rd day trying to call to re-schedule an appointment for my father. I went to the portal thinking it would be easy to reschedule only to get a text message that I need to call the main line to reschedule. No one answers the main line!!!! This is so frustrating.

Every time I call I wait for an hour on hold then get hung up on, can never make an appointment to see my new doctor...
