Terrible experience. Don’t believe the reviews! I went to get botox/dysport injections and was fooled by the positive reviews. Although I gave more than plenty information about my face and what I was looking for, the nurse who was assigned to me was not attentive enough to listen and experienced enough to do a good job. Not only I left with a bruise under my eye, after a week my left brow became uneven and my right eye half-way closed. Worst results ever. To add insult to the injury their office overcharged me and it took me over 2 weeks! of “please check your bank account or reach back to us” to get a refund. Beware! And stay away!

I had my very first jeuveau treatment with Dr. Youssef and his staff and I am obsessed with the results. I had never had any type of Botox or Botox like treatment, so I didn't know what to expect. Dr. Youssef and his staff were incredible. They walked me through the entire process and answered all the question that I had. The procedure was completely painless- this is coming from someone who has a needle phobia. I had very minimal swelling/bruising and started seeing results 24 hours after getting the procedure done. I'm now two weeks post procedure and obsessed with my results. Jeuveau has given me a completely refreshed look and has taken a few years off my face! I will definitely be back for more! A huge shout out to Veronica for the recommendation!! You guys are great! Thank you!

Veronica in the front desk was not helpful when we had questions about the paperwork. When asking for help she replied with “I don’t know any of that, you should ask your nurse about it”. She also spoke about a patient while I was waiting in the waiting room giving information no one should hear like how many surgeries she had before and she also mentioned the patients payment plan. Despite all, Veronica did not have a joyful attitude towards the patient and wasn’t willing to help at all. Although the nurses were very helpful more than the front desk should say a-lot on how much improvement the front desk needs.

Love this place ! Such amazing nurses and doctors! ❤️❤️ Although I find it very unprofessional the receptionist Veronica Mekhaiel was rude and talking about how she is not going to get paid for MY surgery in the front desk for everyone to hear, she was talking to Justine Elbertson about this , She also mentioned it was my second surgery and the payments I was doing and I do not think this behavior is acceptable. While I was getting prepared for my surgery, my family heard everything she was saying. Very unprofessional. Another thing while I was filling out paper work I had asked a question about a specific topic and she had said to me “ask your nurse I don’t know anything about this” in a rude manner. Shout out to the doctors and nurses who made me feel very comfortable and welcomed , they did such an amazing job and if I ever get another surgery I will definitely choose to come here again ! Younique Surgery Center please have better greeting receptionists other than that I love this place ! ❤️❤️

Went here for my first micro-needling experience and exceeded all expectations! I didn’t really know much about the treatment, but everyone was so sweet and insanely knowledgeable. It was very helpful in navigating exactly what my skin needs. Lindsey is amazing! Highly recommend going here. Gorgeous office too!
