List of Lucas Campos's Reviews
Been waiting for a month to get my medication refilled still haven’t refilled yetBeen down to the office twice with no availability been trying to call finally reach someone in there.Instead of giving me a refill like I should’ve had about 30 days ago they’re trying to reschedule my appointment for another month from now just blatantly being rude and mean and abandoning my healthcare which is wrong the doctor should be ashamed of his self
I have been seeing Dr. Lucas Campos for over a year for my chronic thoracic spine pain. During this time he has blatantly lied to me about my treatment options. I have been on the same medication, dosage, and strength for a year. When asked to titrate my medication due to extended tolerance he started lying as to why he could not change my medication. First there was a new FDA regulation stating unless I had a new or worsening condition, when asked for the regulation/documentation he said it wasn't so much a regulation but a magazine article that he couldn't recall which. Then it was a freeze on all his prescription abilities, then all his medication changes had to be approved by the IPM board and if he could he would change my medication, but they wouldn't let him. His negligence caused to have to disenroll from a Doctorate of Pharmacy program due to uncontrolled/unmanaged pain. The stress caused hospitalization for GI bleeding requiring multiple blood transfusions and ulcer cauteriza

The stress caused hospitalization for GI bleeding requiring multiple blood transfusions and ulcer cauterization. Grinding my teeth so severely leaving halos through the enamel and stress fractures. I have been waiting on a procedure for over a year to find out that he wasn't putting in requests for authorization till months after he said he had. He told me the procedure had been approved by insurance but he had forgotten to include authorization for the test needed to do procedure. After contacting insurance to find out it was denied due to being an unproven treatment for thoracic spine pain, and he still had not put in for the test two months after he told me he had. After confronting him about his deception all he could say was sorry and offered less potent medications that I had already been on that we had already talked about and medications for nerve pain which I don't have. He doesn't pay attention to my medical history, care about how his negligence affects me physically, mentally, or my livelihood, never asks about my pain level or characteristics, but above all else lies to his patients!

I didn't like it. I came from a different pain management because me and the doctor didn't see eye to eye they want to keep giving me back injections when they don't work so I went to him and he want to do the same thing that the doctor was doing before I left and I'm telling him that the Jacksons don't work
He explained gave me a thorough explanation of my lower back. His outstanding and I'm happy his my doctor.
He's very thorough and explained everything in detail. He takes the time to ensure that all my questions are answered and the treatment plan is designed. He is outstanding with performing injections!
It sounded serious and scary, potentially debilitating. I'm not young, but I'm nowhere close to being old enough to be immobile. Dr. Campos explained things in such a good manner and we developed an action plan that really put my mind at ease and gave me hope.
I really appreciate Dr. Campos expertise. He is not interested in just pushing procedures but consults as to what is best for the patient including therapy the other options.
He diagnosed my condition right away and took the time to take me through the reasons why I was in pain.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
