List of Providence Health & Services's Reviews
They've always done well by me.
This is the worst hospital I've ever been in. Now Providence took over you can't get a radiology appt without holding for an hour and being disconnected. Go to Sutter if you can. Had back surgery there it was a nightmare.
Worst custmer service iv'e ever had. Ask about high cost of mri . They said it uses alot of electrity. I'm paying their pg&e bill for the month.
Santa Rosa Memorial hospital’s patient rooms aren’t ADA Compliant or Wheelchair accessible!! Arguing with nurses about a usable restroom, while being sick and in pain shouldn’t be an issue! The OR and ER are great. High turnover for nurses? Tear down that old rundown building before the next earthquake does. SUTTER is brand new , , with top notch care .
This was a truly disturbing experience. Family members had to wait in the car, no communication, very rude front desk. My best experience was with the security guard! Shockingly cold and even incorrect information from the receptionist.
Incredibly rude nurses, front desk and security. Avoid this place.
Everytime I go for whatever reason the nurses and staff are always there for me. A few bad experiences doesn't outweigh all the positives I've received there.
Nice hospital but sometimes they're very crowded you got to wait in the lobby but the good thing is doctors can come see you at the lobby

I was in there for 3 weeks because of a shoulder injury the nurses took excellent care of me and all the staff even the doctors were very nice

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
