In my 50+ years of visiting different doctors, Dr. Diaz is the most compassionate doctor I have ever known. She thoroughly explains everything, never feels rushed, asks you questions that you may have, true compassion is her demeanor. She has even contacted me on a weekend with results. Unheard of. Very trustworthy with exceptional knowledge and care. I highly recommend her!
I’ve had a terrible time with this doctor, either her staff doesn’t get her her messages to call me when I’m sick and I need to get into see her or she tells me to go to a walk-in clinic or ER when I don’t think that’s necessary, her staff never calls me back. Forgets to give messages to her. And I am still waiting for Orders to see two specialist from my last visit which was three weeks ago or more. I would stay away from this doctor.
I like Dr Diaz, she’s thorough. BUT her office is not run well at all! Every time I go, at least two new office staff I think. No set routine it seems like. I have to call a lot to follow through to get referrals, orders for tests, bloodwork. Her office staff called me twice to confirm with me what date a next injection was due. They should have that in my records. Seems the patient has to do a lot of the work that that office should be doing. Dr Diaz herself is so busy, that she doesn’t follow through with what is told to us by the staff.
Waited for 12 hours for Dr.Diaz to return call to order an antibiotic. Nine am office called me and said I was all set. By 1 PM Pharmacy had no RX. Called office and was left on hold for 12 minutes. Called again and went straight to music of being on hold. An hour later I was told the RX went to my insurance provider which means I wouldn't get RX for a week.
Excelente
.. I got a few visits now I consider them all professional and very adequate for my needs .. I'm very impressed with the amount of time and concern and effort she seems to put in with every visit .. I've told a few of my friends about the amount of time that we spend and they are amazed ..
orders blood more often than needed, then you have to go to the office for the results and pay for a full visit. Always running behind time. Every visit seems like somebody new is working there. If sick it's hard to get appointment, they tell you to go to the ER.
Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Dr. Diaz became my primary care doctor yesterday. She took time to listen to my concerns and discuss the next steps to take care of my health problem. The appointment for new patient took some time (about 3 weeks), but it was worthy.
I am not one who writes reviews negative or positive. This time I am compelled to write one in hopes that Dr. Diaz will see it. Great doctor! !! Worst run office I have ever seen.Nothing went right from the moment I went to check out at the desk.I have great insurance so that wasn"t the issue.Very sweet girls at desk with 0 knowledge of follow through.I went once and the front desk screwed up 5 times. How is that even possible? All I can say is that you better not have an emergency.
I got a new medical plan and chose Dr Diaz as primary care (recommended by the sales person). After getting sick I called her office, I was told that as a new patient I could not be seen w/o a full exam which could not be scheduled for at least a month. I'm sick now, you can't see me for my current ailment? No. You can go to an urgent care clinic. I was being told that the urgent care doctors are better than Dr. Diaz. They can diagnose my ailment w/o performing a full exam, while she cannot!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
