I'm severely hard of hearing. My walk-in appointment at the suggestion of my audiologist had my anxiety up. Preliminary inspection by excellent nurses and doctor resulted in an irrigation of both canals. Already I can tell my hearing aids function better.thank youAlso included in my rating has been my history of being treated at SRCH this year due to my primary doctor being here. I've found the help I've needed to be healthier and stronger in these uncertain times. I've even begun a new career. I'm deeply grateful for the care of SRCH...they are a gem in our community.

Got in and out quick. Very courteous and helpful Dr Lewis is a great person. He listens to ur needs and addresses them accordingly. The facility is a little older Bldg but his staff are great and that’s what’s important to me.

DR. Eileen Philbin-muldoon is the most knowledgeable doctor I have ever came across in my 55 years. I feel like I won the lottery when I first spoke with Dr. Philbin-muldoon. You know when you feel comfortable with a doctor. Her listening skills is what makes her outstanding. Eileen takes the time and then makes her assessment.listening to the patient is why she is able to get to the problem. I just can't say enough about Dr. Philbin-muldoon and her assistant Tanya, who is amazing and very skilled at her job. Thank you , for caring about yiur patients.

I recommend Brookwood Health Care and Sonoma County Health consistently in every opportunity that arises. I am impressed with the care and compassion exhibited by your staff. To be noted specifically is their professional attention in order to provided a facility that is clean and safe. Routines that involve intake and follow-up are courteous and friendly. Thank you for the chance to express my satisfaction.

I've been seeing Dr Lewis since 2003 he's a very compassionate doctor IF I can't see Dr Lewis I'll wait until it can be Dr Lewis! He's got a great staffBUT the PHONE CALL CENTER really desperately needs a total face-lift!!!!!

My husband and I have been seeing Dr Lewis at Santa Rosa Community Health for at least 15 years now. He saved me from going through extreme treatments for breast cancer by getting me a long needed mammogram and catching it early. And my husband had skin cancer and it was caught early because Dr Lewis got him in to have a suspiciously mole checked out. Dr Lewis and his staff are really genuine people who care for others and help where ever and how ever they possibly can. We would refer other to them any time we can.

Santa Rosa Community Health is joke and so is their medical staff all they want to do is dump pills down peoples throats and then not give them the follow-up care that is needed

I wish I could give them ZERO stars! Worst medical service I have ever received. You can't even call and talk to a human. They put you in a call tree that says "5 minute wait time" and never answer the phone. The doctors and staff are completely incompetent when it comes to scheduling and calling in prescriptions. Because I am on unemployment for being laid off I HAVE TO use this dumpster fire of a service thanks the California's horribly run social services.
