List of Santa Rosa Community Health -- Vista Campus's Reviews
I am a former employee and very frustrated! I have been trying for 3 months to reach someone in HR to access my retirement account without success. I have called, left multiple voicemails and emails with no response. Exchange Bank who manages my account has not been able to get through to them either! I guess I will have to go over there and bang on some doors.
Quick visits and caring staff
Bien muy bien
Can be hard to get an appointment but my doctor will call me personally and squeeze me in for Emergencies
When I started going to Santa Rosa community health, they were so caring..I had a wonderful doctor Gerald Eleiser. He took such good care of me!! If he wasn't there and it was really important another doctor would call or see me.. After 10 years with him as he was retiring,We were moving to another county my disability insurance had me go to a doctor there ..Who also treated me very well. Then the wildlife broke out and we lost everything ! We then moved back to Santa Rosa and I went back to SR community health,Well I can tell you that if my doctor isn't there I am left to go to ER or wait on standby for as many hours as it takes last time I had to wait for 5 hours because my doctor called cancelled morning appointment and didn't offer me another time..I am on medicine that must be filled on time.If she doesn't cal it in I have to get another doctor which means waiting most of the day, for a medication fill?? And then when I finally do see her she seems not to hear me and says ok and then doesn't follow through..I feel like I don't matter, being disabled since 9 at 60 you would think I would be treated better....Then I fell a week ago, called and left message for my doctor as it was very important.. Nothing no one called me not the doctor on call nothing!! No call back until yesterday? A week later? I couldn't talk at the time and she said she would call today well I got a call from someone else saying that I have a appointment tomorrow on the phone? How are they going to see what happened to my bad knee? So I say this to her and she hung up on me .. What's going on with SR community health as many others are feeling the same way?? I am 60 years old and I deserve to be treated better! I even told my doctor if you aren't happy treating me let me know..She said oh no and I thought we came to a understanding.. Guess not..She has no idea what I go through in a daily basis and I have attempted to explain but????
Hospital, pharmacy, taco truck.
🤷♀️ Nothing special. It's a clinic.
My first experience with this institution from a doorman, receptionist, nurses to doctor and administrative staff, was as if I have stepped in a most exclusive private clinic where I have been a patient for years, at the same time I was trying to get a treatment at several other locations and all I got was we can not help you, sorry. The moment when I told them my problem they were on top of it, provided the treatment and the rest was taken care of later on. Very satisfied patient and forever grateful for the care they are providing me with.
Muy decepcionado del cervical telefónico en español ayer y hoy e esperado 1 hora 35 minutos y no logro comunicar con nadie
Took my mom there, had a very nice doctor. They also gave us COVID tests right at the door. That was nice!!!!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
