I absolutely love Santa Rosa Community Health. I go 2 the Vista Family Health Center up on the hill Round Barn Circle. I have a really gd doctor who knows wat he is doing. He definitely cares about his patients. He is the best doctor that I ever had as an adult. He does an amazing job. They definitely know wat they r doing. They r also very helpful, kind, & caring. They definitely know how 2 treat their patients right. They also very nice & helpful if u have any questions. It's also nice that we can email our doctors & request med refills through the portal online.

They have an automated system that sends out unintelligible messages by phone When I called to ask someone what this message I received was about the person who answered was not in the least helpful, and transferred the call to their general voicemail If the persons responsible for sending out these automated messages actually had tried listening to them they would have realized there was a problem.

So I drove all over Santa Rosa and Windsor to get help installing my granddaughter car seat In my new car and no one could help me but Paloma at Santa Rosa community Heath was there to help without a appointment. Thanks so much I feel much safer.
