This place has done a 180! Majorly stepped it up! Incredible! Receptionists pick up in just minutes, appointments within a few days (and even last minute), kind doctors, and nice staff! Great job! Also LOVE Dr. Parker Duncan… he is a GEM. 😊

Just to make an appointment, I have to be on hold for more than 40 minutes. And that's on lucky day.

I get hung on most of the time, I never get my questions answered! They have many people sitting at the front desks and yet it take 30 minutes to get through just to make an appointment! I do not recommend going here unless you absolutely necessary! I give them no stars! And this is just for the front desk people! I wouldn’t even rate them 1 star if I could post this and not give a star

It is really challenging to get through on the phone and if you get a call from them asking you to call them back when you are busy or working, they don't leave a extension # so like many have said, you are on hold again when you are supposed to be working, many times for 20 min or more. Also, if you call and finally get through after being on hold (last time it was over 40 mins on a callback, for what I thought were some important test results but turned out to be an appointment reminder) and if it's right before the break or the closing time of the receptionist desk, they just disconnect mid conversation.Still then, it's weeks or more to get a phone appointment to then get a "psychic" diagnosis with no visual exam or testing ordered and you have to keep calling to get seen, then again weeks later.When I finally got listened to by someone, (not my primary) it felt good. So there are some good doctors and physician's assistants there.One time, before Covid and fire overload, the Dr. left me in the exam room, after being an hour late, saying to wait to get a referral order. The office team forgot I was there, I was sick and exhausted and waited patiently until it got weirdly quiet. They were closing up and acted like I had done something wrong.
