I called yesterday and asked for my child to be tested for Covid as were going on vacation and I wasn’t given an appointment 1115. Then I received a phone call last night from a nurse who didn’t state they were a nurse nor did they state why they were calling I was unsuccessful at reaching anyone or getting any information last night so I called back this morning to double check that we’re still good to go for 1115 appointment that I took off work for and they didn’t have one. The receptionist made an appointment for a phone call and then when I asked to speak to a supervisor he proceeded to gaslight me and tell me that I never asked for a Covid test even though the very moment I called them on the recording I said I want to make sure my son doesn’t have Covid. So what I want to know is what part of that conversation did they not understand about what it is that I was calling for and why is the supervisor arguing with a patient and making them feel like they’re in some sort of black hole. Is that really your best business practices???????? Gaslighting patients and making them feel inferior or that I’m crazy. I’m looking for a new care provider as this is NOT OK
Although some doctors and nurses are good once a person gets in, Most of the administrative system is terrible. Phone service is terrible and logic when comunicating with front office is terrible. Very hard to get thru by phone. They're record system and comunication within seem bad. I have to usually find logic to direct them 90% time. Eg. Im not in the system, I have to tell them to look carefully and direct them to find me. And many more. Im speaking for neighbors, elderly and other that echo this issues. Must I commend once in MANY of doctors and some nurses are great.

Just went today with my son for his 12 month checkup. Such friendly staff! Doctors, nurses, and ladies at the desk were all very nice and helpful.

Just a heads up for new patients- they only will accept you if you have Medi-Cal. Even though their site says they accept our private insurance, they turned us down saying only their established patients can use private insurance, and we had to have Medi-Cal to be seen there for a new appt. And they claim "everyone is welcome" 🙄🙄
I went on 09th april.sorry to say I waited 45 mins after nurse checked up than told me to wait doctor ...i don't know why nobody appears ...and I returned back because I can't wait too long because of my 6 weeks baby ..

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
