Getting care from this clinic is like doing an obstacle course through a revolving door. Their main objective, it seems, is to bring as many people in and out as possible without any real focus on treatment.Getting in on the phone takes forever. Getting an appointment takes forever. The reception staff and supervisors are rude and dismissive.

The team here is great! Especially Lupita and the girls at the front counter & the dental side of the place. But we can’t thank enough to Dra. Patricia she is so thoughtful and understands every life moment & has so much patience!

I’ve been going to Dutton Medical for more than a few years. when I first went I had a different doctor. I didn’t like her and she often gave me a hard time about things when I would talk about something that bothered me. I have a mental health condition and it’s not easy for people to deal with me all the time. I signed up for an extra service and when I went to that appointment the doctor that was doing it noticed that I also was not feeling very well. She immediately asked me who my doctor was, looked at my Files and signed me on as her patient. I’ve been seeing her for about two years maybe a little more. I’ve lost almost 100 pounds, I have my asthma under control and the machine for when it’s not that I didn’t used to have and I feel really comfortable talking with her about any of my conditions that she keeps a good eye on. it has helped me to manage well. I’ve also taken a lot of their educational classes, and exercise classes too. Through them I’ve also seen a podiatrist and a chiropractor. But best of all I like the OMT that my Dr. does to help me manage chronic pain. My health has improved so much with her help. I would recommend Dutton Medical to anybody who needs medical help in the greater Santa Rosa area I also like that they see children and mothers and pregnant ladies. Thank you Dutton Medical.

I came in for my appt, wich was @3:45, got checked in and they call me right away. I only waited in the exam room for just a couple of mins, when the doctors assistant came in and check blood pressure. Staff really nice attitude, i can highly recommend the clinic. Mt doctor Julie kiser has been my doctor for over 5 yrs. She is amazing!!!!
