I think it’s essential that Sutter offer same day service, & I commend them for achieving this. However, when you’re ill a two hour wait feels extensive. The staff was pleasant & professional, but seemed clearly overextended. Unfortunately, I had a chance to review Sutter same day care again. This time I was seen promptly & referred to the hospital ER. This promptness was probably a result of my injuries, but it’s nice to understand when in need you can get prompt & professional health care expertise. My experience was very positive.

Went to Santa Rosa Same Day on 11/07 feeling really bad. Straight away I was checked in and told of my wait time from a very pleasant young man at desk. The M.A. who roomed me was very sweet and helpful and answered a bunch of questions I had. When Dr. Shawn Franklin came in, he was so kind and compassionate. From start to finish he explained things so I'd understand....he even had the M.A. call me today to see how I was feeling! The world needs more Dr's like him! A+ service

Came here while out of town on vacation for my 2 year-old son who it turned out had viral pneumonia. I was initially concerned that it wasn't a pediatric urgent care but those concerns quickly disappeared, Everyone we interacted with was friendly, knowledgeable, kind and efficient. They even gave us recommendations for the trip to help salvage it. Shout out to Dr. Shawn Franklin who was wonderful.

Went to Same Day Care because I knew I couldn't get in to see my doctor. Everyone was very nice and service was faster than I expected. The doctor was very thorough and listened to my concerns. Great Care!
