Horrible experience all around! The front desk employees are rude!! They treat you like cattle and are very pushy and robotic! No warm smile or genuine greeting! The doctor seems to be trying to add a bunch of charges to your bill. She tried to convince me that I'm depressed. And I don't feel depressed at all. She wants to put you on a bunch of meds instead listening and taking some time to try to get to the root cause!How do you go to bed at night feeling good about what you do when you're just a glorified drug dealer...Never trying to truly help people!? Just handing out drugs. On top of all of that. I had asked a few questions and several times they picked up their phone and asked Siri the answer!? Really? Didn't you go to medical school? I could have googled the info myself and skipped paying the $50 copay!! I am a business consultant and I would say they have a lot of work to do to be a successful practice with a positive reputation!

Like others have said, I felt like I was an inconvenience from even before I walked in the door here. Every question I had was met with disdain, and I felt like an inconvenience and a burden. I waited 45 minutes without anyone saying a word to me, and finally walked out. This was my first step in my conception journey and I was really excited to establish care in a new city. I expected at least a little care, or at least to not feel like a burden. What a disappointment.

Dr. Khawaja is an incredible surgeon in her field. Honestly, i trust her with my life and am soooooo blessed to have had her deliver our son via c-section. She's down to earth,kind,and as honest as it gets. We are beyond fortunate to have found her and to have her deliver more of our babies in the future. Dr. KHAWAJA AND HER STAFF ARE INCREDIBLE. SHE IS A TRUE VETERAN. THANK YOU SO MUCH DOC 💓

Dr. Khawaja is an incredible surgeon in her field. Honestly, i trust her with my life and am soooooo blessed to have had her deliver our son via c-section. I love how thorough Dr Khawaja and her office staff are. I’ve received excellent treatment and services. Dr Khawaja and her staff have great follow through and I have full confidence and trust in the medical support and guidance they provide.

This doctor's office has not taken me seriously from the moment they met me and Dr khawaja has literally spent Maybe 5 minutes at most with me and eat my entire pregnancy. Regardless of covid-19 or this pandemic pregnancy supposed to be an extremely intimate, personable, and memorable experience with your doctor being supported by your side the entire time and they treat me as if I'm a nuisance. Not to mention, the woman at the front desk is extremely rude and with all the money they're making you would think they could have at least answer my calls

Dr. Khawaja and her team have been amazing! I live in Mendocino county and it takes me 40 minutes to get to my appointments and it’s worth every minute. I had hysterectomy surgery 8 weeks ago and and Dr. Khawaja and staff have all been so caring and checked on me regularly for the first 2 week. The office always get back to me same day if I call with questions. I really couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. I would recommend Dr Khawaja highly to my family and friends. Whole team Caring and supportive five stars absolutely!

Dr. Khawaja is very knowledgeable. I was dreading going to an OBGYN, but She listened to me. I felt heard. I didn't feel rushed. I will go to her again for any related issues. What a relief to find her and trust her.

Hi. I can’t speak highly enough about Dr. Khawaja. My insurance changed & was assigned to her. She greeted me with a smile & immediately made me feel relaxed. I’m 68 so I see her for checkups & Pap smears and RX for vag dryness. I’m very happy with the care I’ve received from her & her staff. Five stars for Dr Khawaja.
