There are tons of medical offices, clinics are treating patient better than your assistant. I Don’t know about you doctor you are really good or not but hiring an immature assistant like this. Will hurt your business Really rude and racist Medical assistant name Jasmine ( I hope she told me the truth her name- she claimed that she the only person asnwering the phone) because she lied to me about my appointment -gave me WRONG DATE! I supposed to come in Today at 1 pm and she told me on the phone FEBUARY !!!!!! She is RACIST AND MEAN - because I speak broken English so she jump in my words not even let me say anything or listen to my comments and kept interrupting And LIED about leaving a voicemail. Hahahahaha, I checked my voicemail. Wow wow wow, NO VOICEMAIL FROM YOUR OFFICE When I told her you told me Feb and she was trying so hard to correct me. That is ridiculous and immature.

Dr West is thorough and her staff makes is easy to schedule and get a hold of the doctor. Nurse has helped me with alot of issues that have given me headaches dealing with

When you walk into a doctor's office and everyone, including the doctor, goes into panic mode because you're not wearing a mask, you know it's time to find a new MD because they apparently didn't learn in medical school that masks do not prevent the spread of disease. There is no scientific evidence saying otherwise.

She is a great doctor! She listens to all of my moms concerns and takes her time in appointments. I never feel rushed when seeing her, and it has never been easier to get ahold of a doctor! She or her medical assistant return calls or messages within the same day. I definitely recommend her

I just got off the phone, two words-PLAIN RUDE..The lady who “helped” me named jasmine had zero patience and had ZERO sympathy. Why work in the health industry if you have no desire to help or show empathy?I asked her why she was being rude, (because of her attitude) in which she replied you’re rude… I didn’t want to speak to her as she wasn’t helpful sO I asked to speak to the doc, but she would not let me speak to the doc, and said she’s unavailable to speak to me even at a later time ..at the end she hung up on me. I’m just truly dumb founded by her level of professionalism. Dr Halyna, you need to retrain your staff on how to speak to your patients and to have some level compassion. This is unacceptable in this day in age. You will loose patients.

Went to see this Dr. for the 1st time and she questioned every pill (5) that I was on , why, and for how long. Told me I need stronger milligrams on my BP pill because it was high, told her I just did a lot of running around and then looked for 4 min trying to find your office + 2 cups of coffee and never got to sit down to relax. She's the kind of Dr. that believes everything she reads when it comes to cons with meds, even after I've been on these meds for a while. If it's NOT broken don't fix it! Then she told me she couldn't write out my meds. Then WHY are you a Dr.?

Dr. West is a wonderful, talented physician. I have been going to her for several years since 2017 or 18. She has always provided me with kind, compassionate, top notch medical care. I have a complicated health profile, but I trust her completely and I have referred family and friends to her. She is incredibly thorough in her treatment protocols and always up on the latest treatment modalities ...

AVOID THIS DR WEST IF YOU CAN!! She and her staff are rude and very inconsiderate of new patients. I’ve been waiting 3 month to see her. I’ve had my appointment canceled twice, the first time without a phone call letting me know my appointment had been canceled , the second I received a call the day before my second attempt at visiting her. Mary, her office girl was rude and not at all sympathetic to my need to see the doctor. She, told me I can wait to see Dr West although who knows when that would happen. So, now I’m looking for another doctor within the Heath Net Group. I’m going to be 60 soon and haven’t been able to afford healthcare in4 years. Finally I’m able get health care and I’m stuck looking for a doctor who is brave enough to take on new patients. Shame on Dr West and her staff. Where is the consideration here?
