The Dr. is thorough and knowledgeable. Unfortunately his staff is not friendly, helpful, or in some cases knowledgeable. They make you feel like you are a bother and you are not safe in knowing that they care about your concerns, or are knowledgeable enough to assist you in any way.

Top shelf service. This was my first visit with Dr. a Crumpler. Karen at front desk and the nurse and staff behind front desk where very knowledgeable. I forget their names but all deserve kudos. Dr. Crumpler spent more time listening and sharing with me in one visit, than my previous pill pushing primary did in the 6 visits I had with him. So grateful to have been led to Dr. Crumpler and his staff. I have already referred him to 2 friends.
