Dr. Le and his staff are the best!!!!

Very rude unprofessional staff. You walk in the door and are not greeted, your told to sit down and that’s it. Very unorganized, was told I could be fit in “this” Wednesday and supposedly it was for another Wednesday that was not stated prior. Especially after explaining the health problems that I am currently going through and the urgency of needing to be seen by my PCP. The service was so terrible that I am literally going to call my insurance and change providers just to not deal with this outdated office. Also- I find it very odd that in 2022 this office does not give a reminder or confirmation text/call/email that you have or booked an appointment- since she misspoke about the date of my appointment this is why its important to have these reminders and/or confirmations. Also they use paper books still to book their appointments which makes them very disorganized in understanding who has an appointment or not. I noticed this as I was waiting for them to figure out my name, which day, I had and what appointment this woman actually scheduled me for. I scheduled my first appointment after my hospitalization prior to this one and received no confirmation or reminder. The heavy set girl who works the front desk especially was beyond rude, for a professional setting it’s ridiculous the attitude that comes from this office.

Outstanding physician. He has been wonderful to my family and myself. I can not say enough wonderful things about him. Thank you Dr Le! The staff is excellent too, on their toes at all time. It takes a great staff to run a great office.

Best dr!!! Got all my referrals in order. He is very thorough. His demeanor is so nice. I didn't feel anxious as I sometimes do. He listens as opposed to ignoring my thoughts and opinions. I have been in pain for years and I am finally getting the proper care.

Dr. Le is the best family doctor that we ever have. We have no problems with appointments. Staffs are friendly. What we love the most is Dr Le personally calls his patients to inform the result of their blood tests or radiology procedures. This is a rare thing to have these days.

Dr. Le is always very professional, good listener and gives best advice. Helping my son with disability for years. We both love him and his staff. Thank you.

Dr. Le is the best doctor I have seen in decades. The Staff is very friendly. I highly recommend.
