Was so nervous when my beloved Dr. Gupta retired. The office assigned me to Dr. SAIFI, and I couldn't be happier. The staff at this office has ALWAYS provided excellent support and customer service. But today, I had an appointment with Dr. Saifi and he spent ample time in the room with me to address all the health concerns etc. I know it's hard to pick a doctor off a list or a book with your insurance - if you choose this doctor you won't regret it. Excellent communication!

Dr. Saifi is an excellent doctor and I would recommend him for new patients. He is smart, thorough, honest, and personable in nature. After my family doctor of several decades had passed, Dr. Saifi became my primary care physician. He pointed out that I was taking too many medications along with recognizing a few irregularities in my bloodwork. I live a much healthier lifestyle because of the information I've received from Dr. Saifi and am grateful that he took me as a new patient.

Dr. Mirwais Saifi has been my elderly parents’ doctor for over 2 years. He is truly invaluable! Dr. Saifi is compassionate, knowledgeable, and will always take the time to provide in-depth explanations for his diagnoses and treatment plans. We are so grateful for the quality care that Dr. Saifi provides. In addition, Dr. Saifi’s assistant, Nora, is incredibly kind, professional and responsive.

I’ve used Dr. Guptas office for almost 20years, my wife was so comfortable w/Dr. Gupta she started going herself. Dr. Saifi jumps in when Dr. Gupta retired and wow what a difference. This is a very arrogant Dr. he talks down to all his patients, I heard on a few occasions while walking down the hall to the bathroom that he doesn’t like most of his patients, we’re all not worth his time (apparently he’s only in for the BIG money), most of our problems are above his paygrade for what his return on investment is. I listened to him threaten to call CPS because the patient differed with his opinion, what the hell. At the end of the day me and my wife are no longer patients, it was a long run with Dr. Gupta but I don’t trust my health and safety with this character.. Rude/ Arrogant/ Money motivated/ untrustworthy..

Dr. Mirwais Saifi is very knowledgeable and up to date with modern medicine and technology up to today’s standards besides his great expertise in the medical field he takes his time and great care to all his patients I had a medical condition and went to several doctors who weren’t helpful. But Dr. Mirwais Saifi answered all my concerns thoroughly and helped me with my concerns this just goes to show he goes above and beyond for his patients truly a great and kind Doctor

Dr Saifi has been my PCP for years. He is kind, honest, bright and provides more face time than PCPs I had in the past. I feel well informed about current medical information, treatment and preventative care by Dr Saifi. His staff is also super friendly and helpful!

One of the best doctors in San Diego Dr. Mirwais Saifi who goes above and beyond for all his patients and is up to date with modern medicine and technology Dr. Mirwais takes his time and goes above and beyond for all his patients I had a medical condition and went to several doctors and none were helpful I contacted Dr. Mirwais Saifi and was able to address my concern and help me he truly is an amazing doctor

Dr. Saifi is one of the most caring and knowledgeable doctors I have been to. He is extremely thorough and competent. Dr. Saifi is good at listening to any problem you may have and finding a suitable treatment. I feel that he provides me with the same care and concern as someone in his own family. I have been so happy with the care I receive from Dr. Saifi that 2 of my family members are now patients of his.
