If I could give zero stars I would. Back-to-back cancellations the morning of our appointments with no availability for another month. Poor scheduling. Look elsewhere.

Dr Regina Mangine has been seeing my kids since they were all born. She is one amazing pediatrician I love how she puts in her own experience into our visits and always has answers to our questions she always knows what to do to make our visits perfect her staff is amazing as well you walk in and it’s nothing but smiles and if you can’t get an appointment with her her other staff is just as amazing I would definitely recommend dr Mangine to everyone she cares for her patients and never rushes a visit. ❤️

Dr. Mangine is the best! Both of my children see her and they look forward to going to the doctors. My daughter even invited her to her birthday party. She is always patient. You never feel rushed. The office gals are lovely as well as the medical assistants. Highly recommended!

Best pediatrician EVER! My husband can be a bit persistent and worries a lot about a particular concern about our daughter, and Dr. Mangine has always been so patient and addresses every single question he has brought to her. My kids love her, and look forward to their visits... even shot appointments, the nurses are so gentle and kind. It can be a busy office, but we always feel taken care of, never rushed, and she always remembers little details about our family. Cannot recommend her enough!

My daughter's love her she is always happy and friendly my daughter's always feel comfortable around her I love her office because it's not as busy like el cajon I only have one complaint I hate their parking lot in santee it's too small.

My best friend referred me to Dr. Mangine as I was searching for a new pediatrician. My previous pediatrician retired and the other doctors in the clinic were not a good fit. Dr. Mangine's office is wonderful. Everyone is so kind and helpful. The wait wasn't long at all, and Dr. Mangine is was friendly, quick and knowledgeable. She took care of our needs and we were on our way. Also our prescription was sent to our pharmacy very quickly. By the time I was almost home the pharmacy called to let me know my prescription was ready for pick up! So overall a very good experience and I'm happy/relieved to have found Dr. Mangine.

Dr. Mangine is the best pediatrician around. If you want a doctor who is genuine and loves what she does this is who you want. Dr. Mangine will answer all your questions and listen to your concerns. I never feel rushed during my children's appointments. She makes you feel at ease and always sends you home with information that you may need based on your visit. Being a mom herself she can help you not only as a professional but also based on personal experience. You can even get same day visits if they are available... every time I've called I've gotten one right away. If you are looking for a doctor this is the place to go. Office is nice and brand new and the nurses are very friendly and so patient.

We have been going to her since my son was two days old. She always listen to our concerns and gives us great advice. She is very easy to talk to and kind. The office alone is great, always seen on time and everyone is friendly. It's a PLUS to go to her as well because this office has an app that you can send photos and concerns/questions directly to the doctor. Was able to send photos of my son to her and had my questions answered in minutes without having to spend $$$ making an appointment!
