Sumana Reddy's Online Review Report Card

Maybe Dr. Reddy has changed over the years. My last few visits with her have been unforgivably awful. From her condescending, judgmental attitude, to her lack of professionalism. I was sitting in the waiting room and overheard her in the hallway talking loudly with her employees about another patient's condition. I've never felt more uncomfortable. Does she make fun of me in the same manner? The poor girl looked mortified when she walked out of the doctor's office... I'm sure she heard them talking about her...we all heard them talking about her. It's really unfortunate because I used to adore Dr. Reddy. My family had been seeing her for years and I was her patient for over 15 years. Maybe she has changed and she doesn't like her job anymore. Or maybe has always been this way and just got tire of hiding it. Either way I won't be back.

My family and I had been seeing Dr. Reddy for over two decades. I used to think that she was wonderful, however, my experiences with her have gotten progressively worse over the last few visits. I find her to be very condescending and unprofessional. She talks about her patients' conditions to her staff in a very non-discreet manner that can be overheard by anybody in the building. She is definitely not the same doctor I held in high esteem and I would never recommend her to anyone when I, myself would never go back.

She has anger issues and is overly emotional. Dr. Reddy is very unprofessional; does not behave like a respectable adult.

Dr. Reddy is one of the best Doctors. She really cares about her patient and I am so lucky that I was sent to see her. Her staffs are very nice too. Thank you so very much indeed for helping me with educating me also. My Best Regards, w.s.

Great Doctor, Very Helpful

I hate writing bad reviews but when its called for what else can one do, I have saw Dr. Reddy who was extremely polite and professional. Unfortunately Dr Reddy informed me I was going to need to have 2 procedures done and would need to obtain a pre-authorization to have the procedures done. It took the office 15 days to submit the authorization to my insurance company for approval. I had called in to check about that time to follow up and was told to call back at the end of the month to see if they had heard back. Today as I called in I was on hold over 25 minutes. I called in on another line to be told "Please Hold" and I had to say "wait, wait, wait!" to be informed "sorry there is one call ahead of you."I responded "I have been on hold over 25 minutes already on the other line." Her response "sorry there is 1 call ahead of you" and I was put on hold. When they did answer the other line it was at 27 minutes of being on hold only to be told they "We didn't realize you were on hold. We are having phone issues"Here is the thing they have excuses for everything and lack accountability; Suggestion :Be accountable for your lack of professionalism and only then can you begin to recognize where you can improve. I highly doubt they will ever recognize their inability to conduct themselves in a professional manner and therefore they will remain to lack the professional qualities a professional doctors office should always maintain.Too bad for the doctor for allowing his staff to create such a bad experience to his patients.

Very professional and easy to get along with. Her office is always clean and quiet and I never have to wait long to see her. I would recommend her to anyone and I'll definitely see her again if the need arises!
