Dr. Walters is a good doctor. He listens to the patients' needs and works together as a team. Unfortunately, the office staff is not organized and argumentative with the customer. They have poor customer service skills and unorganized. They will not listen to the customer or take responsibility for their actions. At least compared to the other three specialist office staff that I work with. I trust Dr. Walters and choose to remain his patient; however, if another incident occurs with his office staff, I may have to find a new PCP. I think his office staff need more training on both customer service skills and how to keep the records/files organized. *Update-A few days after I posted this review, I received a letter from the office staff stating that the “Doctor no longer wishes to be my doctor and released me from his care”. In my opinion: rejection is just the universe’s protection. I’ll find a new one Pcp.

I love Dr. Walters and his Staff. They are Wonderful. There is so much Spiritual Uplifting positive energy. Dr and staff always meet all my needs.

A good doctor is hard to find... I highly recommend Dr.Walters as a Primary Care Physician. Doctor Walters and his entire staff are competent, kind & always available.

I am a patient with severe back pain. I was looking for a new family doctor for a care plan. I saw good reviews for this doctoral I went on board with it. First off they needed insurance with doctors name on it or they won't see you. So I waited until my new card came in with information that they needed. Not even a letter from the insurance is good enough. That was odd to me. However on my first appointment they denied to see me because of pain management. I told them I'm not interested in pain meds I believe I have a slip disc and need imaging. They still denied to see me as a new patient. They said it was because a man came to this office high off drugs demanding more pills. It lead to cops being involved. They will deny anyone who is in pain and will not help. They also told me they will be selling this practice soon. Pretty much just of waste of time.

Walter is a great doctor and always makes time for me. His staff is friendly and professional.

Doctor Walters was recommended by my wife since my wife is a charge nurse in one of the hospitals where Doctor Walters goes to. Straight forward PCP. He will tell you directly what is wrong and he will tell what he will do or what he will give you. He doesn’t waste time by telling this long story. After examining you he will give you time to ask him questions and takes time to answer your questions. Awesome PCP in my opinion. He resolved my issues in one visit. His been my PCP since 2018.

Wouldn't help me at all. Was told they are good people and can help me navigate this but. Lady on phone did not care. Hopefully next time will be better.
