Left me with permanent nerve damage Pain and disfigurement

Went in, waited 40 minutes in the room, she did quick glances from a foot away no light or magnification. Then Spent 30 minutes trying to sell her cash only products. Felt like I was in a movie with a doctor character who was pretending to care or know anything about Dermatology. Waste of time. And more importantly what if she didn’t catch something serious because of her lack of even looking? If you want to go to a derm who only wants to sell you expensive cash only products go to her.

Aetna Medicare sent authorization to see Dr. Tang. Dr. Tang sent me next-door to Dr. Critelli. I arrived early for my appt. and sat and waited over 45 min. watching stupid cat videos. I was told "Dr. Critelli is busy and I don't know when you will be seen". Medicare patients are low on the priority list - the doctors are only interest in money making dermatology. Avoid this office unless you want to lay out some cash.

The office called to come in early and had to wait 30-40 minutes and no one came out to let me know that they running behind. Finally got called in and had to wait another 20 minutes in the room with paper gown. Dr. Tang came in and was agitated and took out aggravation out on me. Very disappointed…she should be fired. Very rough with me and not gentle at all. Doctor was complaining and seemed like she took out her aggravations out in me.

Awful. I will never be back. This woman and her staff are rude and completely lacking professionalism. She overcharges and I am appalled that her staff would call me after I left her office and told me they would charge me a “No Show Fee” because I declined services. I am reporting her.

Awful. Do not support this woman and save your face. She charged me for services I didn’t receive.

I went to visit dr tang twice and each time waited over an hour and a half past my appointment time to see her and left feeling like it was a waste of time as the issues I wanted her to address she brushed over and acted like they werent a concern without even examining what i mentioned i wanted her to look at.

I waited 40 Mins for Dr Tang she still did not come into the room. I left. She should not be a doctor does not care about the patient.

I’ve seen Dr tang twice now and think she’s excellent. She burned a great deal of pre-cancerous growths off. Did not push products on me but gave me recommendations which was very helpful. The prices the clinic charges are in range of those found on Amazon and I would rather support a small clinic than jeffbexos.

Although she is a very good doctor, her office practice is very poorly run. She is always running late. I have waited 1 hour often and even walked out several times because of the delay. Such a shame. I now go to another dermo practice that runs on time and it is such a nice experience.
