Laura Phan's Online Review Report Card

I went to see Dr. Phan to learn more about eyelid blepharoplasty. With age, my eyes looked tired and I wanted a more "refreshed" appearance. Dr. Phan took her time and explained the procedure throughly and answered all my questions. Well, I did it and wished I would have done it years ago. I love the way my eyes look. Dr. Phan and her staff are amazing. Throughout the process her staff was professional and very helpful. Highly recommend Dr. Phan and her team.

Dr Laura is an very professional and attentive Doctor she takes the time to explain options and also carries amazing products in her office. The staff is very nice and attentive in her beautiful office with free parking and centrally located.

Calling customer service is a joke would be a complement to this place. This business fails to meet the customer expectations in terms of service quality, response time, or overall customer experience. We used with the waiting time 10-15' late here, but this time the appt. was at 10:30am and dr. show up till 11:25am. They don't value your time and no apology .

Dr. Phan, I appreciate your response but I am100% sure that I returned your office's confirmation call on Friday. I can post that phone record as well. But it's ridiculous to go back and forth with you and to be told by you and your staff that you do not believe me when I told you that I returned the confirmation call on Friday because it wasn't "documented" in your system. Why would I lie about that? Your office clearly has issues with its process of recording appointment confirmations over the phone AND by text. Just take responsibility for both mistakes. Instead you blamed me for your mistakes and no one did anything to make amends with me. I had to leave work 3 hours early and arrange for friends to pick up my kids at school to make it to that appointment. You and your staff don't seem to appreciate the sacrifices patients make to get to an appointment on time during a workday. So I want other potential patients to know how you treated me and I sincerely hope that you change your process of confirming appointments and treating patients so that the same thing doesn't happen to anyone else in the future. The whole experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing.

I made an appointment over a month ago and confirmed it over text and over the phone (see screenshot below) and when I arrived for my appointment, the front staff told me that they canceled it because I didn't confirm. I showed them the text, assured them that I spoke to someone and told them I took time off of work for this and all they said was "we're sorry, there's nothing we can do, you have to reschedule." I am not wasting my time with this business and told them I'd go somewhere else. Please beware when booking an appointment here.

Dr. Phan saw my 87 year old mother last week and has seen her in the past also. She is very kind, compassionate and patient! I really appreciate her bedside manner and she has always been very thorough. Dr. Phan is amazing!

Dr Phan and her staff were very patient and explained my surgery in terms I could understand. I had questions after the procedure and again they were patient and explained everything. Dr. Phan wrote all my instructions for after care down so I didn't have to just remember her instructions. She takes time with you and never makes you think your questions are silly. I was pleased with my results of the surgery. I would definitely recommend her.

Beautiful office and very friendly staff. Dr. Phan and staff were very professional and efficient. I had a small cyst removed from my eye. Dr. Phan completely explained how the removal would go and made sure I was completely comfortable. I will be a patient for life now. :)

Dr. Phan's work is amazing. However, if you're a Spanish speaker best of luck to you. I made small talk and even said hello and was completely ignored. I do have to say that her work is great.
