I suffered ACL and meniscus tears and started coming here for pre-op physical therapy in October. My surgery was scheduled for the last week of October, and now, three months post-op, I can’t thank this place enough for the exceptional care they provided, which played a crucial role in my speedy recovery and return to my normal routine. A special thanks to my PT trainer, Shareen, whose expertise and dedication have been invaluable in my rehabilitation journey. She pays close attention to every detail and has helped me immensely in regaining strength and mobility. I also want to extend my gratitude to the entire OPTM staff, especially Jacob, for his kindness, flexibility in scheduling my appointments, and assistance during my STEM and ice therapy sessions. Their support has truly made a difference in my recovery process.

I worked with Nicole, who coordinated a team of skilled professionals in helping me with my lower back issues. I had trouble lifting equipment, doing yard work and just walking medium distances. After following the exercise plan Nicole suggested and doing proper lifting routines during therapy sessions, my pain subsided and I am now walking with little or no pain and lifting equipment properly which eases the strain on my lower back. Nicole was very pleasant to work with, encouraging and knowledgable. Her firm/friendly approach helped me get better!

don't like their accounting practice. I visited this place last year for my back/neck pain, they charge me for each visit to my credit card, but my insurance already reach to the maximum out of pocket and covered 100%. I stopped visits at the end of last year. Today I found out my credit card is being overcharged and called them. They told me they will start to process the refund and it takes 6-7 weeks to process it. I don't like this accounting practice. If I don't call them, they will pretending they not know it and will just keep the over charge. For the physical therapy, OPTM only give you 30min for each visit, but I get about 1hr for each visit at other PT place. They are pretty much doing the same thing. I get massage and heat pad / e-stim for extra 30 min compare to OPTM, which does not have it.

Shea is a fantastic physical therapist! She has helped me tremendously. First with pain in my lower back and now in the shoulder . I highly recommend OPTM. They are fantastic.

The team does a great job of communicating with the patients as well as each other to ensure every individual case is being treated as an individual. Ive worked with 4 different trainers and each bring their own unique styles and knowledge but at the same time they check in with each other to make sure we are all on the same page and doing the best to help my recovery.
