The young girl who works at counter is very rude and offensive. She took all my insurance information BEFORE I seen a Dr, scheduled the appointment two weeks later, made a mistake with/or about my insurance, and calls me with a snotty little immature girl (that she is) attitude telling me that I need to contact the insurance company and straighten it out. Little girl, you have things wrong. Little girl, you made a mistake, sorry for your luck, but not really. Fix your mistakes yourself.
