Complete Balance Solutions's Online Review Report Card

A few months ago I was diagnosed with Vestibular Migraines and 3PD by the neurotologist.  He referred me for PT at Complete Balance Solutions specifically because he said that "they think outside the box there."  Wow, was he right!I was scheduled to see physical therapist Megan Mar and I feel so lucky to have worked with her.  Megan is an excellent educator, an attentive listener and an overall delight!  She clearly explained the exercises and the rationales behind them, which really helped me understand VM and 3PD.  If I didn't fully understand her initially, she adapted her explanations, which really made me feel heard.  Megan was always flexible at my sessions and adjusted her plans to address my current symptoms.  For example, recently I'd felt dizzy & off balance when washing my hair in the shower before I came to PT,  so right off the bat we practiced strategies to deal with that! (BTW, her advice worked great!)  She really is a professional with a wealth and depth of knowledge, which gave me lots of confidence in her, and I am so impressed by her creativity and attention to details.  I loved being able to laugh with Megan and talk cooking & food and all kinds of things. And at the same time, I really appreciated when she would switch on a dime to seriously attend to corrections I needed to make in my form, and then return to whatever we had been talking about. I feel like I've regained so much independence: I can drive safely now in day and night and rain, I can shop at the grocery store without getting dizzy and nauseated, no more dizziness when watching TV or reading, and so much more.   Awesome experience overall!  Most of my symptoms are resolved or significantly improved and I've got tools now to cope - thanks Megan!Scheduling appointments was always easy and everyone at the office was  friendly.  Easy access off the freeway and ample free parking.

I have a frustrating, chronic condition, but I always feel better after working with Megan. I know she is doing focused therapy based on my individual condition. I am very happy with my treatment.

The staff was courteous, professional, and strictly followed Covid-19 safety protocol. My nonagenarian mom was hospitalized for what was diagnosed as a severe episode of benign paroxysmal positional vertigo. After she was discharged, she received physical therapy and occupational therapy from a different organization, however when the therapy was finished, she was still unable to get out of bed on her own, had occasional episodes of dizziness, and some issues with her balance. The rehab my mother received from Physical Therapist (PT) Laura was geared to my mother's ability and needs. I was concerned that it may have been too demanding or cause major bouts of dizziness, however PT Laura was exceptionally professional in the way she helped to rehabilitate my mom's condition, always taking care to go at my mother's pace. As a result, my mom's balance was significantly improved, her dizziness episodes went away, and she was able to get out of bed on her own. Thank you to PT Laura and the Complete Balance Solutions staff for giving my mom back her quality of life!

The staff was very professional courteous and friendly. They always make sure to ask me if I had any questions or concerns or if they can explain anything further. I can’t believe how much my balance improved with their help. I am now able to stand and walk without fear of falling. Kind of a big deal!

I have been a patient for the past few weeks and have been extremely happy with the clinical care. Meagan Mar is my Physical Therapist and she was able to create a plan of recovery that is specific to my issues relating to vertigo. I highly recommend her.
