Scheduled for an appointment 2 months ago as a new patient. Was told today my dentist called off sick and couldnt take me in. THE DAY OF MY APPOINTMENT! Literally 4 hours prior! I waited 2 months and trequested the day off work for them to give me a call and say the next available appointment would be in October! ANOTHER 2 MONTHS! Their best suggestion was to make an appointment with their location in Castoville because they have "sooner" availability, but I am urgent need to get my teeth checked out! They were reluctant to work with me for a better compromise! At least I have the whole day off to find another clinic THAT ARE MORE PROFESSIONAL THAN THIS! If your looking for a new dentist place, this is not place for you. They will treat you like an expendable rather than patient. Smh

The dental office Is often closed with out telling patients who have appointments scheduled that they will be closed which causes a huge inconvenience.
