For a community clinic this is a great place ! They treat the whole person w dignity! It's a community clinic, not the fancy Dr office! They try their utmost w me but I'm a difficult case !

Very good Clinic but you must do footwork! I really trust my Doctor, but it's a small clinic, not a hospital!

Dr. Cunningham is one of the best doctors I’ve ever had, his medical assistant is also absolutely amazing! This review however, is for Claudia. She went above and beyond the call of duty to help me with a misplaced prescription while I was moving. She stayed on the phone with me while the triage nurse got in contact with my doctor who is out of the country. I am so grateful for everyone here. They make my life so much easier. Thank you Sebastopol Community!

I have been with this doctor's office.for 18 years now ...I love them and glad their expanding to better help their patients. I have brought may people to them from other offices that could careless about your well being.

I saw one naturopathic doctor here who stayed for a couple of months till she figured out the clinic was a wreck and left. She was the only doctor i saw who seemed to be knowledgeable and who's work i trusted and who actually knew what she was talking about. Most of what i have read here in the reviews resonates with my experience too: appointments cancelled at the last minute with no notice, medication not written up right or not faxed in, my information typed into someone else's file. I also requested a refill on a medication and was told i could only have it if i was willing to do a mammogram (i can only do an ultrasound for many reasons) I got constant harassing phone calls at home about doing a mammogram and when i finally quit the clinic i got a letter from the doctor copied onto her supervisors stationery about how i should be glad to have her as a doctor because she was so smart, competent etc. Very uneithical!

I used to go here because it was conveniently located and for no other reason. I like to give a business a fair chance before writing a review but the chances are over. The front desk staff and the doctors are incompetent, unprofessional and totally disorganized. The left hand does not know what the right hand is doing...EVER. Every single time I have made an appointment it has either been changed on me or they've forgotten to actually put it in the schedule or after I've arrived for an appointment they forget to register my arrival and unless I ask after patiently waiting, for sometimes over an hour, they'll just leave me sitting there. The last time I went in I was sent for blood tests that would determine something very life changing and the doctor read the test incorrectly. It left me pretty disheartened and upset.Tell the front desk something and the next person will ask you exactly the same thing and the the doctor will ask you again. Nothing is recorded. Not even your correct address or telephone number. Not even after being there many times.  I won't even get into the absolute ineptitude I experienced today. It was the last straw for me. I  I am choosing another health care provider. Do not waste your precious time. They are absolutely useless!!!
