Worst PLACE EVER! Do not go here for teeth extraction, DR. Quan is the worst. My fiancé was asking a lot of question about the surgery and that he was nervous and Dr, Quan did not say anything at all, he just ignored him. Prescription was filled out the wrong pharmacy, I called on behalf of my fiancé. Dr. Quan flat out said "What do you want, I am in middle of a procedure" and I said if he was in middle of procedure can you connect me to his office assistants to switch to the other pharmacy because I am taking care of someone he just did surgery on. He snapped back with "The office is very busy, I did my job already, don't be rude" and hung up. It was so bad I had to have my mother in law call so I can get the prescription switch to the right pharmacy. Another Surgery office called us and the lady we were talking to was incredibly nice. She said this isn't the first time Dr. Quan was like this. Very traumatizing experience for my fiancé.

So I had to put 5 starts but I'd do 10 if I could! So lemme start by saying I've had a wisdom tooth removed before and had the laughing gas. Immediately after I felt pain . Intense pain and swelling the dentist did not care. I came here knowing I would be put to sleep and have the other 3 removed with one being impacted. Let me say it went great beyond that!! The dentist was so kind reassured me I would not experience that and I have not! I'm okay! More than okay I'm great thank you soo much for all you do for the community. If you need teeth pulled come here 1st!!

Extremely unprofessional. Went in to get wisedom teeth extracted. Was told after procedure that they only did half due to being "uncomfortable" performing said surgery. And when asked if I should set a appointment for the rest to be extracted was told no and to contact the people who referred me. When I did that I was than told they can do it after it heals. Why waste my time and make me jump through hoops especially when I have work. Be direct. Let's see how follow up goes....

Best experience i ever had at a dentist office! I have been traumatized since i was a kid so i have a hard time with dental visits but they were so good at everything i got there and the girls were just amazing in making me feel comfortable! Such a nice environment overall! Definitely recommend! Was put to sleep and i woke up perfectly with such gratitude with there work! Wisdom teeth extractions are the best by them!

Tried scheduling an appointment but staff was rude and unprofessional. Seems like all the reviews they have are for a reason.

First the dental assistance are just for on dumb, don’t know how to run someone insurance correctly and try to get monkey out of people who have insurance.Than assume civilians know what you want them to do when they walk to the back. Second the dentist just assaults people verbally by thinking that people know what’s going on in their mouth. That’s the reason why we go to them to check our teeth. My husband went to get a wisdom tooth pulled out, but the dentist didn’t want to pull it out and then verbally attacking my husband. Will the dentist took the tooth out but left him leaving with size of a 2x a jawbreaker on his face. This dentist did a terrible job.

This place definitely needs to hire a receptionist or two, because the person checking in the patients was one of the dental assistants who would only be in the waiting room once in a while. I went in 20 minutes before my appointment and wasn't seen until an hour after my appointment time, which was only for a 15 minute consultation. Also, the dentist was being quite rude and unprofessional telling me stuff about my nose piercings, which had absolutely no relevance nor correlation to the conversation we were having.

Professional office staff. Doctor was prompt once I got into a room. Made sure I was comfortable throughout the procedure. Removed my broken tooth pretty quickly. I didn’t get very swollen and it has healed well, it’s been about 2 weeks. Would recommend this doc to others 👍🏻

They are very unprofessional, they do not treat you well, I speak Spanish and the women speak a little Spanish, my husband who speaks English was there to help me translate, they were being nice to him, when my husband went to the bathroom they changed their attitude towards me and I asked a question they answered that they didn't speak much Spanish and they didn't want to help me, y tienen el pinchi nopal en la frente This clinic has to improve its customer service, it doesn't mean that because I don't speak the language my money is worth less

I had a great visit they are fast , get you in and out. Deborah was really sweet, made me feel comfortable while applying my IV and let me know the risk and what the procedure would be like. I let her know my concerns and she made me feel safe. She called me later in the day to see how I was doing and was very nice!
