Kaiser Permanente's Online Review Report Card

My Daughter had an appointment to see the Dr. The visit started rather negative where she would not allow me the parent to be in the room with my daughter. We understand that she is 18 but, I wanted to meet and see how my daughters new doctor would relate with my daughter. The doctor was very reluctant in allowing me to go in the room. I had important information to inform the doctor. At the end of the visit everything seemed okay. Hopefully we won't go through this again.

Good place to get my lab work done. Friendly professional staff. Clean and safety conscious environment. Great parking with lots of solarpanel shade. Make appointments for lab work or you may have to wait a while.

I love Kaiser! They treat my entire family with the utmost care and respect. You know how it is with kids and sometimes you need care on a weekend and there's always nurses to help point you in the right direction. I wouldn't take my family anywhere else. The doctors are always there when I need them and go above and beyond every time. I recommend Dr David for peds  and Dr Schorling for adult medicine!

the place is nice and clean and neat and everyones friendly and helpful .. but the obgyn dr tom was not a good dr . every question i had its like he didnt know how to answer . i was very very low on iron and he never told me about it i had to find out thru wic . he never got me any prenatal care and every time i saw him for appointments for my baby he never told me any of the complications i was having . i was bery sick and lost a lot of weight . i couldnt hold any food down or water and i had to keep bugging and bugging him to give me something that will help with my nausea and last minute he got me nausea pills .not the best experience for me there .

This is a horrible medical office I would never recommend anyone to go here. The front desk person was extremely rude and condescending when I told her I could not afford my copay repeatedly telling me well thats how much it cost to see a doctor. They are haphazardly carrying out their COVID protocols. They are not enforcing their Flu shot only and medical appointment only entrances but they decided to bombard me with a security guards person and 2 other unknown women when I mistakenly was leaving through the entrance. The front desk person couldve directed me to the correct exit but instead she just let me go out the entrance. I was literally a couple feet away from leaving when they got up from their seats and demanded I leave through the proper exit which was all the way on the other side of the building. What an extremely unpleasant experience at a place where I am supposed to feel comfortable and put my trust into these people? Yeah right never again will I visit a Kaiser office.

They are honestly the worst kaiser for miles around, if you're paying for this insurance I recommend you cancel it and get someone else. More often than not they will know that you need to be seen in Fresno by the REAL doctors but they book you an appointment in Selma first just to take more of your money and waste your time. The staff and doctors here are either really incompetent or they downplay your concerns on purpose to do less work and spend kaiser less money. Whatever concern you have it's really hard for them to understand, they tell you it's no big deal or they'll tell you it's not necessary for you to come in , as if they don't want to spend money on treatments for you. When you're on the phone making an appointment or in person, you have to really put your foot down and DEMAND to be seen for your problem because they try to fight you on it and gaslight you by telling you over and over again that it's nothing. It sucks having to STRONG ARM your health provider into taking you serious and booking you an appointment when you're paying them for this insurance. They're honestly the worst. I always request for them to skip me over to Fresno and they act too dumb to understand. Or they'll drag out a phone call to 20min because I have to keep demanding for them to see me and they keep arguing that they think it's no big deal. I feel terrible for anyone stuck with them. If you want to take 30 min out of your day battling with them on the phone and then not being taken serious in person by their incompetent doctors come here!
